I would like to tell you guys that how to loose weight and then not gain it again see like if we lost 3kgs in 2 weeks and we didnt eat any junk foof not nor any sugar salt or carbs so its good but after every 2 weeks od dieting you shouls eat a little amount of sweet or salted thing cuz if you will not do that and continiously diet for months or year your body will loose weight but think if you will eat a little amount of sweet things like cake chocolate and things it will affect your body and again you will gain weight so the point is this that you should have a cheat day atlest after 1 week and even a exercise rest byee
In 8 months, I personally lost 30 kg of weight without losing any muscle and strength. Losing fat is incredibly easy if you know what your doing. When I lose fat, my diet is high protein, high fat and very low carb. This worked great for me. I do strength and lactic acid training, and I also do cardio 2x a week (1x HIIT and 1x steady state). If there is one advice I can give to anyone struggling to lose fat, then it is to AVOID CARBS! This keeps insulin low and improves insulin sensitivity. Eat high protein and healthy fats, especially MCTs. It is also important to include a high-carb day 1x a week to keep your energy and metabolism high and replenish depleted glycogen stores during a low carb diet. This is in my opinion the best and fastest way to lose fat without losing any muscle and strength.

I m 13 years old and 2 month ago I was 51 kgs my height is little short so I started looking fat but then I noticed it and made slight changes inspired by this video and losed 6 kgs in 1 month and 15 days without strict diet and now I m 45 kg but I still look a little fat because of my height and I want to lose 3-4 kgs more to look slim but lately I couldn't follow any tips cause my exams are going on and I m so stressed about it so keep binging on food I tried going on diet but after every 2 days I gave up so I re-watch this video to motivate myself once again and from tomorrow I will again to follow theses tips I can't excersize because of my exams are going on and it will end on 26 but I will try to move and walk as much as I can and will update after 2 weeks

Hii i don't know how I adapted habit of over eating. In 15-20 days my wt became 55kg to 72 kg. Now whenever I do exercise I become very hungry and I do over eating today I became so hungry that I ate 6 parate (potato)with butter and 2 cup tea in breakfast. 😓😓😓😓all my clothes becoming tighter day by day. Go for morning walks for 45 min every morning after drinking honey lemon water then see results..
Workout. If you're already working out, increase the intensity. Even I have a similar body. Awaiting for results.

Hii i don't know how I adapted habit of over eating. In 15-20 days my wt became 55kg to 72 kg. Now whenever I do exercise I become very hungry and I do over eating today I became so hungry that I ate 6 parate (potato)with butter and 2 cup tea in breakfast. 😓😓😓😓all my clothes becoming tighter day by day. I don't understand how this drastic change came in me.After eating though i feel heavy and uncomfortable but when I am eating I am not able to control. Please tell what should I do? Give me some tips and diet plan. 🙏I am very tensed as all clothes have become very very tight and I am not fitting into them.

I like some of the transitions, but sometimes they're a bit too much and are seemingly random. Since we use these persistent elements that transition across pages to indicate some kind of relationship between the previous and the next states, some of your transitions confuse me because I can't immediately see what the relationship is.
For example 2:23 of the selectable tiles (which weren't selected) transition into being two switches... does that mean anything? are they related in some way? I see this as random and a bad use of the design language. However, at 1:14 I like the transition from switches to the ticks on a paper, that makes sense to me. Epic presentation tho
