      @@DrPal my grandpa was a farmer.. He got up really early… He would go out to work for a while. check and feed the animals and then come back in for breakfast.. Mostly meat-eggs and meat.. Then around 2p-3p was the big meal.. Dinner was whatever was left from the big meal at lunch.. Only small plates were used.. Lunch had lots of fresh vegetables…

    Best advice!! For years, people have told me to have a heavy breakfast but I just don’t feel that hungry in the morning at all. Lunch time is when I’m fully awake and hungry. Been following this light-heavy-light for a few years now. Feels great!!

      Only south accent are with tamilnadu and keralites. Normal accent in Karnataka and Andhra.

    I also feel like having a light breakfast(and that too, not right after waking up), a heavy lunch and a light dinner.
    But everyone always says to have a protein filled heavy breakfast(as soon as possible after waking up), light lunch(mainly because of school/office hours at that time) and then a masala filled tasty dinner after coming home. I find this so wrong... Like I can't do this... So I go in my own way.
    It feels good to know that I wasn't wrong. Thank you for this video.

    Excellent Dr.. But indian mentality be like mrng 8am bf, lunch at 1.30 & dinner at 9.. Then only our indians can sleep well.. 🤣🤣 ( im pure agmark indian & trying to follow ur advice)

    1. Do not start and diet or regime with out getting your blood test done (to know what your individual needs)
    2. What worked for me was consulting a nutritionist after getting my full body check up, increase in protein and intermittent fasting 16-8
    10 kgs lost in three months and yes I stretch anytime I get between work and do exercise and walking almost 5 times a week

Imagine waking up at 6 am, dedicating an hour until 7 am, having breakfast, and needing to wait an additional hour before hitting the gym at 8 am. By the time you finish at 9 am, you're already running late for work. Getting to the office around 10 am, leaving at 6 pm, and arriving home by 8 pm due to traffic adds to the tight schedule. Having dinner at 9 pm and striving for 8 hours of sleep to wake up at 6 am again is the goal, but the practicality is undermined by potential disruptions such as family and work-related delays. An approach that acknowledges these real-world hurdles would be more valuable.

    I never eat on time basis. I eat when i am hungry. Sometimes one meal a day usually on weekends. Its been 10 years i am been following the same method of dr pals.. never gone out of shape and never became obese like i used to be.
