I am 42 yrs old woman, 5'8" height and 62 kg weight. Married and have 15 yr old son. I am full time working woman and manage my home as well. I have successfully managed to keep myself fit so far, no health issues like bp sugar thyroid anything that usually happen to ppl my age and social circle. My physical appearance is also lean and attractive. I eat two meals a day lunch at 12 noon and dinner before 7 pm, inbetween fruits or tea. I do very light physical activity like some basic yoga or walking sometimes maybe 2 days a week. I realised if you do heavy workout you tend to get tired and also eat more. I am happy the lifestyle that I follow is consistent with Dr.Pal's recommendation. I eat in control and avoid filling myself with chapatis and rice. Which gives me some margin for weight gain especially when i have too much work and not able to follow the diet or on holiday.
75 hard was introduced by an American entrepreneur Andy Frissela in 2019 and its not a challenge its a program which is developed for mental strength.. Also after 75 hard there is another phase which is called the Live Hard programe and it has further 3 phases.. Its actually a year long program but most people dont seem to have the complete idea behind this program
Hi sir.. We(Hubby and me) are already into our 90 days challenge ❤ So we have planned to do 75 Hard challenge after completing 90 days challenge.. 😊 😊 You are really making our life better ❤
Man I eat non veg very often but I don't gain wait My family says I eat too much but for the last 1 year my weight is at constant 60 kg which I don't think is less for a 5'9 guy.....But would love to reach around 70 kgs...
Hi doc, i hope there will be more of videos like this on our Indian wrestlers and ancient martial artist who did same thing everyday and with simple home made diet. This will be very useful for comming generation and young people so that they can understand how our ancestors lead healthy and long life with simple exercise and diet without any fancy staff.(Example:The Great Gama bailwan)
True need to bring back old masculinity. Like God Bajrangi. I'm a woman but I do understand the need for military level discipline in not only sculpting a body or fight wars but to every lead regular healthy life 💪🥋
Gama did around 5K baithaks abd did a ton of wrestling based conditioning. Just try 300 squats/100 pushups and 50 pull ups /200 ab cruches every alternate day. Eat focussing on protein.
I think we should keep it simple... Once we get into this level of details it becomes stressful.. We should enjoy the fitness journey.. As it is we have enough😮 1. No junk food.. No food from 6pm to 6 am 2. Walk or run 1 hour 3. Sleep 6-7 hours 4. Drink 2.5 liters of water... 😊
so true it is difficult for me to even drink 2liters ,,i just feel fuller with less water but now i have increased my water intake and your all points are really gud
You should sleep for 7 hours minimum, especially if you are exercising. 2.5L is okish less, 3L should be the norm with a slight pinch of electrolytes(or you can drink coconut water once a day). I won't say absolutely no junk food, but moderation is the key, which Dr Pal focuses very often.
Yes I did a 75 day challenge, consistently, successfully, thou lost out on what is protein, how to eat, how to calculate and when to eat... That was my no brainer... Curd was part of the lunch and did IF for 20 hrs... Dinner by 7pm over... Now doing again with a doctor's help... I am a vegetarian without eggs prefered . Desired results yet to achieve... Oh did strength training / cardio daily 50min 5 days a Week
I started my weight loss journey on 12 Nov 2022 at that time my weight was around 125Kg and currently my weight is 78Kg the only thing I want to say is CONSISTENCY and DEDICATION is the key.
Good info. as always Dr.Pal🤝 Btw..People who sleep 5hrs a day / wake up even before the morning alarm rings and still feel energetic are ones who Love their Job or have no job🙂

Dr Your explanaton is simple and easy to follow I hv started with the intermitent fasting It really works Moral of the strong KEEP IS ON CONSISTENT ALWAYS
Hello Dr. Pal, your videos are informative. I suggest many of my clients to follow your advice of fast. I will never be able to do the full 75 day challenge for the following reasons: 1)Cutting down on sugar and alcohol is next to impossible considering the monthly menstrual cycle. I am okay to be without alcohol but I need chocolate on those days 2)Working out twice a day is not possible for me. I have tried. I am tired all the time and I feel I cant move. Instead I workout 5 times a week. 2 days martial arts training, 2 days running and total 3 session of calisthenics and pilates combined 3) Water intake is a bit too much for me. I tried drinking 3.8 liters of water a day once and the whole day went just peeing. I stick to 35ml per kg of my bodyweight and drink 4) I am not a huge selfie fan and I believe my body is much more than the physical appearance 5) The only thing I can do consistently is read 10 pages a day. That goes without fail. those days when I rested when my body was exhausted made me burn more fat and build muscle. I can never do the 75 day challenge. 😁
Some years back (3-4), I had seen a tamlish video of yours where you spoke more in Tamil than English. I had then requested you to incorporate more English than Tamil as I liked your content. It was quite kind of you to reply and respond likewise. Since then I have been glued to your content and also your different approach to maintaining one's gut health as against what they teach you in medical school. This is just a note of gratitude and appreciation from my side. Thanks once again.

My doubt is regarding his recovery after a workout. 2 Times a day workout and this much food will require a high-quality recovery which is something overlooked by many people nowadays. Even people who use performance-enhancing drugs give more importance to recovery. Anyhow, this was a great video.

listen to your body when dieting (being full or hungry) or training (enjoying , tired , injured) , don't overdo , mindful eating (keep an eating routine , boring is best), if its healthy does not mean you can eat any amount anytime (everything has calories), keep food dairy for starting few week to keep yourself accountable (there are some apps for it also), these rules helped and still helping me being healthy

I think we should keep it simple... Once we get into this level of details it becomes stressful.. We should enjoy the fitness journey.. As it is we have enough😮
1. No junk food.. No food from 6pm to 6 am
2. Walk or run 1 hour
3. Sleep 6-7 hours
Super doctor . Explanation of Mr Singh diet was enlightening 🎉 thanks doctor
My pleasure
Yes I did a 75 day challenge, consistently, successfully, thou lost out on what is protein, how to eat, how to calculate and when to eat... That was my no brainer... It's was an amazing break down doc ❤
Hello Dr. Pal, your videos are informative. I suggest many of my clients to follow your advice of fast. I will never be able to do the full 75 day challenge for the following reasons:
1)Cutting down on sugar and alcohol is next to impossible considering the monthly menstrual cycle. I am okay to be without alcohol but I need chocolate on those days
2)Working out twice a day is not possible for me. I have tried. I am tired all the time and I feel I cant move. Instead I workout 5 times a week. 2 days martial arts training, 2 days running and total 3 session of calisthenics and pilates combined
3) Water intake is a bit too much for me. I tried drinking 3.8 liters of water a day once and the whole day went just peeing. I stick to 35ml per kg of my bodyweight and drink
4) I am not a huge selfie fan and I believe my body is much more than the physical appearance
5) The only thing I can do consistently is read 10 pages a day.
Thanks once again.

i have met him once he is a very humble guy ...like he has met the pm and all but he has no arrogance at all very nice guy.
My doubt is regarding his recovery after a workout. 2 Times a day workout and this much food will require a high-quality recovery which is something overlooked by many people nowadays. Even people who use performance-enhancing drugs give more importance to recovery. Anyhow, this was a great video.

Also to people reading this comment, Dr. Pal is aware of Genetics playing important role in Ankit, so before going HARD MODE on body please do some testing, like
Sleep hours (how many sleep hours keep you energetic), foods (Ankit eats extreme amount of curd, milk, and ghee... It would kill anyone else than Ankit if you are unaware of what you are doing, so be aware of what foods are okay for you and what are not)

remember this..its simple. walk 2 to 3 miles - briskly. Resistance train 3 times a week. Eat and focus on protein. Indian diet is typically rice/variants or chappati. Both are horrible for a weight los if that is all you consume...Focus on healthy proteins and be on a deficit 3 days a week.
listen to your body when dieting (being full or hungry) or training (enjoying , tired , injured) ,
don't overdo ,
mindful eating (keep an eating routine , boring is best),

keep food dairy for starting few week to keep yourself accountable (there are some apps for it also),
