I recently shifted to the USA and was looking for some veg options, today I made the paneer bhurji Sandwich, I must say it was better than expected and saved a lot of time as well.
Loved the way how the recipes are not deliberately made to look ideal, they are as they are..it has a touch of an unseasoned person cooking a food. Feels more authentic. Kudos
I usually face bloating and gas when I consume baking soda in a meal, my hack is to use sour curd instead of baking soda. A spoonful of curd (and some ghee) will give similar or somewhat better results than baking soda and will also make idli/appam/dhokla more spongy and soft.
The second one is a Bihari Dish named Sattu Paratha. It's super tasty and We eat it often on a regular basis, mostly with baigan ka choka or Bharta which is equally healthy.
Itna Sara recipe hai TH-cam me.. dekhne hai. Ek se bar kar ek.. but mujhe toh apka bataya hua recipe's hi mind me install hota hai or yaad v rahta hai. Banati v hu or bohot bariya banta hai . ❤️❤️ Thanks for this recipe's.. 🙏🙏

Also about the sprouts one, my bestfriend brings them for me but in a little different way and trust me it is very tasty (coming from someone who is extremely picky about food) All you have to do is soak chana too when you're soaking sprouts and when they're really to eat, add pomegranate in it, not only will it add more nutrients to it but it is also makes it taste like a snack, i love it and always look forward to eating it. Hope someone tries it :)

Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart. I liked all of them. After such a long time, I saw this instant idli / dosa recipe that was without Eno, it was quick , delicious and simple. I was anxiously waiting for what ingredient will be used for fermentation and then my reaction was " Woow, no Eno.. Yeah, Thank you Fit Yuber'. I just made the idli for dinner, have soaked the millet and dal for dosa as dinner tomorrow. The Parantha recipe is new to me, will try it out tomorrow morning for breakfast and the rest of the recipes are on the breakfast list for next week. The recipes are no doubt easy , healthy and with common / familiar ingredients in any Indian kitchen.

Well saumya....tea is not something we Indians consume above 200yrs....is started by all Britishers....it's medicine and we don't take all time....gave up easily as it's nothing when compared to give on non veg....i gave up on nonveg 3yrs ago and recently i gave up on eggs also as it is dead food...... control tastes

Sometimes I forget to have tea but if realised that then at that time I really need a cup of tea, so how to control our emotions at that time?? For example when u started to quit non veg, u must have some thoughts like how will I enjoy my life without non veg or I wouldn't be happy if would quit or even if I don't have non veg today after some days I'll definitely have so how does it matter?

Only when both systems merge rather than stand apart, holistic comprehensive approach towards patients will be made possible... Can u please suggest some good dental books on ayurveda too sir?
