    I just so appreciate the pace of your routines! I love that the movements feel strong and mindful and that I have the opportunity to really support the power of that mind-muscle connection, which - let's be honest - if ever there was a "trick" to results in strength training, that's it. Way to be it!

    omg i felt the buuuurn in my abs. i really tried my best to keep up with this workout, and i''ll definitely be coming back to this one again and again until i can follow along exactly :) i love that it can be practiced anywhere and in a minimal space

    My abs feel tight and amazing! Thanks for another excellent ab workout. The obliques tend to be neglected because we become so focused on tightening the midsection, but this workout is proof that obliques are an integral part of core development. Also, can you please share your outfit details?
