- Join me for a 10 minute SIDE CORE WORKOUT to shape and sculpt through your abs and obliques. We'll have 12 moves total with intervals of 40 seconds on and 10 seconds rest. This is a wrist friendly routine which means no direct pressure on your wrists. No high planks, but there will be a few low planks on our forearms. You can do this workout at home with no equipment needed. So let's get sculpting! 💞 xox Mik

Great side core workout!! I really like the pace of the 40 seconds on, 10 seconds off!! My favorite was the last move where we do a scoop to a side lift on our elbows because this really gets into core!! Loved it!! 💗👐👐 Week 4/Day 4 of the Winter Workout Challenge 2023 is done with a big smile!! 😁!!!!!

Loved this one!!! I always like how you add unique moves in addition to planks and crunches. The timing/intervals was perfect for an ab workout! Really feeling the burn.
I really like these 40 sec intervals with 10 sec breaks. Also the 10 minute works outs are perfect for doing before work!

40 secs on 10 secs rest definitely works for the shorter abs workout 👍. Day 4 week 4 of the Winter Challenge ✔️ 👍. No cardio for me today 😕. I enjoyed this abs routine so will revisit.
Thank you Mikala! I've recently had an injury in my right hip joint for which the doctor has advised me rest/minimal exercise (which doesn't involve intense hip flexion) for the next 3 months. Could you recommend a workout just to get my body moving a little? So far I've pretty much been doing your barre arms workout but I was hoping to do something on the whole too. Lots of love!

I'll be 60 in 4 months, although I'm not strong enough (not yet) to do the planks, I just modify it. As long as I keep challenging myself, I'll be able to do the plank workouts. Getting there!
