    this workout is part of DAY 3 of my 24-day FIT challenge!!❤❤ how are we holding up so far?? sunday is a rest day and I'll be sending the new guide out then✨

      I had a long break so I doubt I could handle it. But I did. I'm stronger than I thought. But i'ts really hard. Luckily there is a rest day tomorrow. 😅
      otherwise I really have to thank you. I've been feeling very bad physically and mentally lately. your training helps me a lot. It doesn't make the other circumstances any better, but I feel a lot better and strong enough to handle anything. So, as always, THANK YOU Sophie! You are and will always be the absolute BEST!!! 🙏🥰💪🐺💜

    Didn't want to do the workout because of sores, but surprisingly enough, I did not even take extra breaks today. It was THE BEST! I died during the other workout though lol.
