  • 15 Minute INNER THIGH WORKOUT For Long & Slim Legs // Sanne Vloet + Sami Clark
    Hey guys,
    If you've worked out more than twice a week since the new year started comment a 🔥sign. So how is wellness month going for you so far? I have another workout video ready for you guys with my friend Sami, who I know you guys have seen before! Since having a good balance between exercising and diet is key i wanted to make sure I shared another fitness video for everyone to follow along. Once I'm in LA maybe I can invite a few of you girls to do a workout with Sami and me?
    I try to always share workouts with no equipment or small hand-weights and bands for added resistance. All of these exercises can be done without bands so just follow along as Sami and I train the parts of our legs that are hard to tone. You will feel it and if it gets too easy you can always add a stronger band to really righten up your legs! I've been doing this workout and pvolve all month so tell me what you guys think and we can film more workouts for you guys once I'm settled in LA.

    I'm sorry but that band around the legs exercise is not inner thigh, that works the outside of the hips, glute medius and minimus.

      @@samanthajay4105 Well the inner thigh muscles bring the legs together, so you could put a band around a pole or a table's leg and then around one of your legs, then squeeze your leg in towards your other leg. That would work those muscles well. When your laying on your side gravity is pushing your legs inward for you so it's ineffective.

      Thats not completly right, u also tone ur inner legs. If u go realy slow on the way in. But it more work the outer legs thats true.

      if you ladies are looking to work your inner thighs lie on our backs legs up and bent and squeeze a cushion between your legs, hold it for 30 seconds then rest 15 seconds, repeat it twice through, you can even move the legs while you're doing this exercise bringing the knees towards your chest then directing them away from you and just before the toes touch the floor bring them back to the chest

      I just tried this workout the 2nd time. The first I thought the same. But the second time I tried the workout, I payed attention to my form and really felt it in the inner thighs and outer glutes!

    the exercises are not really inner thigh... and why are there advertisements within the workout? they could be before or after but not during an exercise...

    Thank you I think some of the exercises here really help my innerthigh muscle strengthening. Though I believe every exercise movement should incorporate breathing, which makes it much more powerful and effective. This video doesn’t mention when to breath in/out. Or just simply remind us to breath instead of holding it would be great.

    How do you avoid building muscles as a model? like realistically you don't want to really build quads and the like in fear of looking bulky rather than slim but exercises like squats usually result in quad growth (for me anyways)

      @@7ringshoe789 i dont think so. I train 4 a 5 times in the week. Like model workouts. Running and cardio. So to do this also everyday is overtraining. It is 80% food. 20% training

    Another good exercise for inner tights is using a Pilates circle ⭕️ and squeeze it between your tights.

    The last exercise is very very bad for you foot, the foot requires to be flat otherwise you can have injury to your 5th metatarsals.

      No, it's the whole point with the exercises, you need the resistance to make your muscles work properly for it to have an effect

      It will work, try to do these exercises without band. You will see that they are still good workout. The band provides extra resistance.
