    Hi Guys,
    Who here worked out at least three times last week? Do you have any specific fitness or health goals that you are focusing on? I hope everyone here is doing well, staying healthy, and socially distancing themselves from others. I've been in touch with so many people from China, Italy, New York and I'm hoping that all of our efforts together can make a difference.
    I don't know if this is helpful advice for anyone, but I have found that following my routines (or daily rituals) consistently has been great in keeping me in the moment and focused on the different things on my checklist. Have you been on top of your routines? Has it helped you get through these past few weeks?
    I am praying that everyone here is safe and your loved ones are healthy. I'm going to be filming a few new workouts so let me know what you'd like to work on or see.     Thanks so much for this Sanne! And that is great advice to get into a new kind of routine to help, really does help. I usually swim every morning so this has been hard for me in that way! I really appreciate the upper body workout to help maintain these muscles - all your workouts are great.     whenever I see dumbells in an arm exercise I get so scared that it'll bulk up my arms lol :/ also bc my arms and thighs are my biggest "prob areas"

      Bottle of water, pack of milk, bag of sugar or flour... You can find many things who weigt 3 to 5 pounds around you.

      It is optional! And you can use anything for the weights like water bottles, cans, tomato sauce !

    hey! i was wondering if this workout also helps to get rid of arm fat? or is it only toning and should i combine it with a lot of cardio? it's my goal to have those lean model arms for summer but i haven't found a workout that really works yet :/ but thank you for the workout and i hope you're all okay these days!!
