  • 10 MIN Inner Thigh Fitness Routine // Full Body Workout Series Part 1 // Sami Clarke #FitAtHome
    Hello friends!
    How are we feeling today? I got a text from a friend of mine who I haven't seen since the start of quarantine and they told me a friend of their's had shared a workout video from our channel! Thank you to everyone here sharing these workouts.
    So to get ready for summer and the warmer season I wanted to put together a five part workout series that you guys can do in combination, all together, or just one by one. I'll be posting a new part each week in between some of my other workout routines so I want you guys to put yourself to the challenge and work your way up to doing them all in a row! Are you in?
    So get your water bottles, put on your favorite workout gear (or don't, no one is even looking anyway...) and get ready to sweat! Oh and just so you don't forget subscribe, hit that thumbs up button (or is it called a like?), and leave me a comment with your thoughts at the end!

    i’m sharing my experience!
    left and right thighs: 20 inches/50 cm
    day 1: a bit sore but did everything, i’m not feeling the inner thigh tho
    day 2: still, my inner thighs don’t hurt, although my outer thighs do. I hate the sliding sumo squats😂
    day 3: This morning I woke up with terrible inner thigh ache😭 I’m feeling it now even throughout the workout!!
    day 4: Not feeling motivated but I managed to do this. It is starting to hurt a looot during the day, I can’t walk straight!

      If your feeling sore then try stretching before you work out and especially after. Stretching after a workout can help calm down those muscles that have been worked up so that you don't have a sore feeling throughout the day or next day.
