  • At Home 15 MIN AB + BUTT WORKOUT // NO EQUIPMENT, Targeted + EFFECTIVE // Sanne Vloet w/ Trainer Sami Clarke
    Hey Guys,
    How many friends do you have that workout or follow a fitness plan? For me when I first started working out I had my friends with me during workout classes, group exercises, and sometimes we would workout all together with our trainers! Who here has a few friends they could work out with? For 2020 I'm going to be sharing weekly workouts with you here on the channel so I was thinking you and a friend could commit to a plan for the New Year to either get in shape or stay in shape! Comment your fitness goals for 2020 and if you are going to start your wellness journey! We can all support each other!
    So I've been spending a little time in LA and I've met a few inspiring girls that I think you guys are going to see a lot more on the channel starting in January! Everyone here knows Sami Clarke from my last fitness video and if you watch the vlogs you guys have seen Whitney Fransway from our trip to Coachella. Sami led us on a great Ab and Butt routine that is amazing for the core so everyone at home can follow along. Comment ☀️ if you think I need a tan, I feel so pale next to Sami and Whitney!
    When it comes to the fitness content I share I want to make the videos as good as they can be! So let me know what you think, since I'm going to be sharing content more often I want to make sure that the way I film, the way I edit them, and the type of workouts are relevant to the community and everyone following along.
    Questions:
    1. Is no equipment the best type of workout routines you'd like to see?
    2. Are you guys okay with bands and basic weights (1lb or 1 kilo weights)
    3. Do you like it when I invite someone to train me?
    4. Would you like me to do more workouts with P. Volve?
    5. What are your worries in regards to fitness and wellness?
    It will be very helpful for me if you guys answer these. I want to give you guys the most amount of benefit and to do that I need your help!

    No equipment is the best type of workout for me right now because I’m away from home for college and don’t have weights in my room. 20 or 30 or longer time videos are my favs. But I love your fitness videos no matter what. If u prefer using equipment that’s totally fine!! Big support for uuuuu ~ 😉

    I love this workout!☺️ You did a great job👏I always do workouts with no equipment or light weights or bands, because that’s what I can do easily at home. I think it would be helpful if there would be a sound when you change a move, so we don’t have to constantly look an the screen timer. Besides I would be interred in a stretching/cool down routine. And in general thanks for your amazing videos they are really helpful for me and probably for a lot of other people too🥰

    Yesss, the no equipment workout routine by you is super effective, tough and convenient because I work out at home. As much as I love seeing videos of you with trainers, my personal favorites are the ones where you are doing it alone and talking to us because it feels motivational ☺️ plus you have such a relaxing voice , it makes the workout a tad bit easier 🤣 And I believe that as much as feeling burn is necessary, it’s also important to feel destressed post workout.

    i really like both workouts with light and no equipment! it‘s great to see some different trainers with you, they all have a different technique. I‘d absolutely love to see some p. Volve workouts, personally i‘ve been thinking about getting a subscription, but it‘s not exactly cheap, so it would be nice to see some more insights. My goals in fitness are to define my legs & glutes while not building up too much muscle, because i‘m already struggling to get the hip measurements right, so some workouts that target this area would be amazing!🥰

    Yes, definitely yes. I prefer doing workouts at home rather than going to gym, it's more cost efficient :p

    ? Yup, i think they're the better equipment for toning

    1. Yes I would like to see no equipment workouts
    2. I’m okay with resistance bands
    3.& 4. Yes! Invite Rhys (from dogpound) or do a workout with P. Volve
    5. I’m worried that my abs will get bulky...I want toned and defined abs not a bodybuilder six pack (I have nothing against that it’s just not what I want) and i want toned and slim legs again not bulky and i’m not sure if I’m doing the right workouts for that... What are your recommendations?

    No equipment workouts are really the best cause you can do them everywhere but for me an elastic band is ok cause like it's something you can put in your bag cause it's really light but you can also do the workouts without bands. Weights are not my favorites but that's just my opinion. Also I like 10-25 minutes workouts. And I love ab, leg, butt workouts like this one ❤️❤️

    I'd personally like to see workouts with low weight dumbbells and resistance bands from you. I have dumbbells at home myself and I am running out of ideas to use them.       try going slower and focusing on your glutes with your mind, mind muscle connection is a great way to engage your muscles. make sure youre doing the excercise in correct form

    I would love more p volve videos. I like no equipment but I don't mind it if it stays similar (so I wouldn't have to go and buy new different equipment for every new video you put out.)

    Constructive criticism: Don't start the clock/workout before explaining-there were several exercises where there was a break in between which would have been a great opp to explain the next exercise------and add in transitions or when it was the halfway stich time, or the 10 second switch time, otherwise as a viewer I have to just be staring at the clock the entire time. Loved the exercises and am grateful for the video!!

    Girls , thank you for the video. I did it and it is quite good and involving. Though what I didn't like is that sometimes during last 10seconds you don't warn that now it is that moment we switch into another exercise. You'd better let us know it with some sound or warning. I don't know. But the rest is okay :)
