    Hi guys!
    Have you been enjoying the workouts? If you have please share them with a friend!
    This afternoon I'm going to be sitting down to respond to all of you guys that have been messaging me! It's been a really hectic week, but I caught up on so much Sunday afternoon. How are you guys feeling? Is anyone feeling a little bit of cabin fever, I just learned this phrase this week, but I've been spending so much time cooking and trying out new recipes so I've been making the most of my time.
    How have you been passing the time? There are so many things that I have caught up on and friends I haven't spoken to that I've been in touch with again. It has been tough to stay on my routines, but I'm starting to cook for myself again and now with everything that is happening I've taken some time to film videos that I've been meaning to make!
    So if you have been following us on our Instagram Live or have tried our workouts please let us know by tagging us on Instagram and feel free to use the hashtag #FitAtHome! I hope all of you have joined our community and hit that subscribe button! We have a few more workouts coming your way and I just filmed a What I Eat In A Day! I've been making dishes using everything from canned foods, frozen foods, and even fresh produce. One other thing, please please keep yourself safe, wash your hands, and if you don't need to go outside stay in. We have to stop the spread of this together and really make sure we protect everyone who may have pre-existing health conditions.

    This is just what I needed. Honestly I love having short workout options because if I don't have time for something longer, it helps to ensure that I will do something. Like another person commented, even if it's only 10 minutes, you really feel it!! Thank you Sanne!

    Love your message Sanne! So true. We have to protect our older and much wiser population and those with health ailments. Everyone should love thy neighbor and stay inside to stop the spread. There are still too many people that haven't gotten the message about how serious this is. Either that or they choose not to care about their fellow humans.

    this workout is fantastic!!I have had dozens of classes with sanne vlot and my body is really toning up. Obviously we sweat a lot but with a bit of will I am getting crazy results!!

    Sanne, just a tip: you have to squat deeper. Than you’ll activate the glutes en legs much more 💕 (Look at the other girl.)

    Forwago workout plan is the only one that makes me want to keep exercising. I love the workouts there although there are difficult ones at times but a little challenge never hurts !! Maybe, you should also give it a try.

    I did this workout 5 min ago, actually this was joyful I love your workout. It didn't tire me much. Also if you can, can you make a small talk about how many times should we do workout for booty, leg and abs per week.. also I just started to working out my arm muscles, what do you suggest any workout for arms?
