Since I saw this video a few days ago, I have made this recipe for myself and my dad almost everyday (when needed in my diet and workout schedules of course). This is officially my go-to for a good dessert that helps with the sweet tooth, but keeps my training on track! I love these videos!

micheal kory I have been using honey in place. A lot of times what I do is just use greek yogurt and make spicy stuff with it. I'll add some hot sauce, cheese and maybe chicken or anything else. Works great as a sub for sour cream/ cream cheese in buffalo chicken dip

all frozen fruits will work as well, frozen strawberries is more macro friendly. You could use more ice and leave out the fruits add more liquid, texture is a little runny but taste GAF with cereals on top.

I am not sure if it is available where you are but here we can get almond and coconut milk and I am going to see if that works well in this recipe. I'll let you know how it goes!

Good going with the frozen bananas and almond milk, I've blended the frozen bananas before and it's amazing how much it resembles regular ice cream.
You should try buying some raw cocao. , that is different from cocoa but your viewers may not want to invest in cocao, so, you can just use it off cam.

Do not use Aspartame. It is linked to many diseases and detrimental effects on the body. I suspect it is what gave my grandmother an early death due to all the diet soda she drank that had Aspartame as an ingredient. Again, do NOT use that. It's very harmful to your body.

Wouldn't that have more than 32g carbs? One banana typically has around 30 g carbs and you use two, plus sweetener, chocolate chips, and whey, all of which contain carbs.
