This is the best microwave brownie recipe ever. I used dark cocoa powder instead of regular cocoa powder and it made it taste like an Oreo. Game Changer!
Hey man i just wanna say respect you! You are one of the longest posting content creators i follow! I am also a professional chef and got into bodybuilding 1.5 years ago and lately im getting motivation for this type of cooking and love your content! Keep it up you are a gem!
@@lckcyy probably has to do with the time you microwave it and how powerful your microwave is. Mine always comes out great, you just have to know how long to microwave it since every microwave is different.
Tried this tonight and I loved it. It was more like a mousse than a brownie, but still really good. If you want more of a brownie texture, a tbsp of oat flour might help. I'll have to try that next.
This is the closest to brownies/cake I’ve had while on this weight loss journey. I used one tablespoon on regular cocoa powder and one of dark chocolate cocoa powder- and had added a few of the Lily’s salted caramel chocolate chips!!!! Made this rich and decadent tasting. Your recipes definitely deserve a chefs kiss! ☺️
I just made this with oikos strawberry Greek yogurt and dude, you are my hero. I was 255 a year ago down to 187 and this is helping me fight my sweet tooth. So glad you're back and that I found you when I did.
i started my healthy eating Oct 1, 2023 and havent really "allowed" myself to have dessert... but wow and omg! I was out of yogurt but had those sugar free pudding cups so i substituted and i used monkfruit sweetener. my micro is really small so i had to stir and put back in 2 times.... and cooked 15 -30 seconds longer.... let it cool and all i can say is this was like eating one of those molten chocolate cakes on the cruise ship or in restaurant... SIMPLY DELISH! It was rich and "elegant"! I really did not expect it to taste this freakin good for only 200 calories. Cant wait to try your other recipes!
Yummm. Really needed a rich chocolate fix today and this did it, thank you. I made a PB2 frosting to go with it if anyone is interested. Can stir in as a ripple after the brownie is done or use it as a topping. Ingredients 4 tbsp PB2 2 TBSP powdered erythritol 2 TBSP Unsweetened almond milk 94 calories 28g carbs 10g protein 4g fat
I remember I tried this recipe with a BPI chcolate proteine and it was terrible, now I just tried it with AP and tastes really good! It definitily depends on your protein :)
Helpful tip for those who don’t know this: water has a density close to 1 g/mL (about 0.996 g/mL) so you can substitute grams for milliliters and you will be fine.
I finally tried this for the first time, I used Canderel (UK sucralose sweetener) and Chocolate Brownie Protein powder (Sci-Mx). it tasted pretty damn wonderful, thank you so much chef, I never ever thought I'd find a spark for baking and cooking, but you've just opened up a world of endless possibilities for me, and for that I can't thank you enough! You're a wonderful human being. Also, could I add some egg whites to the recipe for extra protein and volume? I want to experiment with it.
I make a similar concoction, no dairy or egg - it avoids the microwave option because I eat it slightly wet. If I want a drier mix, I use less liquid. Keeping it simple by not over complicating it. Cheers for sharing.
I just found your channel want to thank you Chef Protein for all your great recipes as im on a weight loss journey and i'm inspired by your recipes. Thank you for all what you do

This is delicious! I swapped tofu for the yogurt as I'm lactose intolerant and it was amazing! Also used egg whites instead of tofu a few times - wow! Delicious.
I absolutely love your channel and your recipes!!!! Some YT channels have THE most boring/bland diet/high protein recipes and I feel like I am actually cooking something nice and not being cheated or punished for wanting to eat healthier. Thank you so very much for all that you do!!!!! :-)
This is great for my sister who is allergic to eggs, but also another recipe that simply adds protein powder to their other ingredients to make it "high protein"
Man, I wanted this to be good so bad. I tried with oiko pro plain Greek yogurt, brown sugar swerve (erythritol), BBF cocoa powder, and Orgain chocolate protein powder. But after trying it twice it just doesn’t seem like I enjoy it. However, still a clever way to add chocolate and high protein brownies into the mix!
Oh dang! If I had to pick one to have for the rest of my life it would have to be brownies! 😋 Just found your channel and I've saved a couple of recipes to try from your site. I'm excited!
This was nice; I probably added a bit too much water so had to microwave it for WAY longer than the recipe suggested. Even then, it was more of a thick mousse kinda thing. Still, it went down easy!
Happy you’re back I’ve been missing the recipes!

About how many grams for 1 scoop of protein powder? I use promix and 1 serving is 2 scoops
