I just bought this monitor yesterday 😂 I remember you doing a review back when on the Asus VG34 something and I had picked that up, and than I returned that and got the LG gp83b and I don't exactly remember but I think you actually reviewed that one too, well I returned the Asus and kept the LG for a while but I did eventually sell it. I bought a G9 (For sim racing and day to day usage) now I have a standalone sim racing rig and I'm going to mount the G9 on a monitor stand. My friend actually bought this Dell from OfferUp for $300 to use with his Xbox, but little did he know that Xbox doesn't support ultrawide resolutions lol and now I have it, and well you have a review about it. I just thought it was a funny coincidence, like your video reviews are in sync with my purchases lol Okay, now to continue the video 👍🏼
Thanks for Video. While setting up, I didn't notice the four buttons on the back of the monitor. When I turned it on first time. It was asking for setting and your video helped me by mentioning the buttons on the back of the monitor. One suggestion is to connect the wires while it is still in the box as it was kind of pain to connect after assembling the monitor. Thanks again
Between this, the LG 34GN850-B and the Samsung G7 32 inch, whitch one has better looking image? I wanna get a good monitor just for AAA gaming, don't care about competitive or FPS games, I'm more into RPG's and thing like that.
What do You think between this Dell and Asus VG34VQL? They both VA panels at a similar price. I was planning to get Asus, but now I think should I get the Dell? Thanx

I can't find any real comparison between those curvatures of 34" monitors. Can you do a Review or even a statement with focus on the different curves of 34" Screens ? Is a deeper curve always better or even usefull and noticeable ? Which is the "best"/"most useful" of the actual available (∞/3000/1800/1500/1000) ? THX for the well presented informations so far... :)

Specifcially for this one, I was wondering how you find the color on it vs. the LG 32QN600 that you had reviewed earlier this year. I understand that one is IPS and this is VA. I bought the LG32QN and love love love it for FFXIV that I'm playing lots of. and I find the 75hz works nicely for MMOs. Is it worth the upgrade to this 34 UWQHD? I'm loving the vibrant colours of the 32QN600 and I was wondering how this VA panel compares.
seems it has to much white or gray, didn't like the colors comparing to your review about the LG 34WP65C-B. The LG looks more vivid and i can see things more clear on the LG images.
Nice video - I'm thinking of getting one but Dell like most manufacturers do not tell you what the actual height of the viewable display is so, If you are like me and are planning to use more that one monitor it's a case of trolling round the shops and measuring one to see if it will align with other monitors ... have you got a tape measure on you ?
I'm actually confused to decide between this monitor and lg 34WN80C-B 34". My primary needs are office work where mostly it will be coding and i will also be using it for movies. I never play games at all. Can you help me decide which one i should go for?? i don't like ghosting while working so in that case lg is the winner i guess bcz of IPS display?? i broke my MSI Optix MPG341CQR so i decided that i dont need a very expensive monitor to play in 144 hz 34 inch so i boght this , is basically the same monitor but the price is totally different this monitore is 500 dolars and the msi one is 1000 and idk why msi is chargin so much for basicly the same monitore
@@sbf304 I felt the monitor was too dark even at the brightest setting. I went with the Sceptre C345B-QUN168W which although is a white monitor, delivers a much nicer picture.
Does this monitor has a built-in resolution downscaler? Some monitors have it where it can signal the ps5 to output 2160p so the monitor would downscale it to 1440p
Hi I bought this monitor to hook up with my Microsoft surface computer but I'm getting the black bars on both sides and once I increase the aspect ratio I get too stretched of a display. I only get the native output when I do 16;9 aspect ratio. Does anyone know how I can get the full screen display without it being stretched . Thanks a lot I appreciate u
Hahaha, too many! I have a storage room in my house with pallet racks full of monitors. I try to sell most of them after I think I won't use them for comparison, but at one time I usually have 10+!

G-SYNC IS NOT WORKING!!! I just got this monitor and not only does it flicker, the image is choppy and stuttering! Stay away NVIDIA GPUS owners!!! Second day return. My GPU is RTX 3070.
that’s more than likely a Karlby Countertop from IKEA. they’re VERY common for content creators setups as they’re long, sturdy, and will last many years. I have one myself and they are phenomenal.
