I will try this from today and will post updates.... Week 1: I feel a lot lighter even after just spending about 15 mins on this workout. I didn’t make any changes to my full-of-carbs-diet but still managed half kg down. That’s definitely PROGRESS. 😁
These exercises are brilliant! I've been doing this vid once a day about 5/6 times a week and it's made a big difference to waistline. This + 3hour diet can make anyone slimmer!!
Day one: really easy, no change Day two: still easy but feel more of a burn Day three: easy, very slight difference Day four: a very little bit harder but still easy and a bit more of change and I feel good:) Day five: very easy and adding more time to the workouts, slight change in abs and I still feel good, cant wait for tomorrow! Im going to tell you the truth, this actually works. I actually lost 15 pounds in 3 weeks from doing these exercises and, eating a little bit less. This is really the only healthy way I've used, to lose weight so far.
I just started doing this daily and I think it work because it's hard. It only takes you 20 mins per day. I will update you when I lose some weight and I will say how much it took and how much I lost. I will keep going for 1 month. hope it works. 1st day : I already lost some weight. 2nd day : WTH? I already lost 2 kilograms.

I did it today for the first time before bed and ill give u honest review of the progress Day 1 i feel a bit sore but u can feel it in ur stomach Day 2 I skipped bur I walked for 2 hours Day 3 I did it because my stomach felt sore and it felt nice to do it. It was easier. I kinda feel like it's working though. Also walked for an hour Day 4 skipped again but I walked for 15 mins Day 5 I did it and to be honest the exercises are becoming easier. Btw I do one day and then skip the next day and then the day after I do it.
Not sure if anyone else tried. But i did try a few of the workouts mentioned n a combi of others from other videos. Its been 1.5 wks and i lost half inches on my waist n thigh. Gonna continue doing every night. It helps me sleep better too.
This really helped me feel more of a happy person and also can work from home:) I will definitely try this all the time and now I’m going to start having a better diet to not only help my body but to help me thank you!:)
When I started I was 182lb, after working for 4-5 days I went down to 174 but I stopped working out for 3 days ( eating unhealthy) and went back to 180. Even with my gain I'm still trying to work out everyday. I have noticed I look really toned and if I get major change I'll report back! :)

Day 1(205.4lb): Was kinda hard Day 2: Got easier but I gained a little bit of weight but, I will continue Day 3:(I skipped) Day 4: My stomach was slightly smaller(Got really easy, had to do it early in the morning tho ) Day 5: (Did this in the morning) my stomach gets flatter (it's working 😉) Day 6(192.2): This is unbelievable 👁️👄👁️ (I did it twice) Day 7(201lb): Was really easy, I'm might do this every day ☺️ Day 8: I feel amazing Day 9: skipped Day 10(189 lb) this is really effective😮✨ Edit: I skipped the yoga poses. Might do this for a month or more, Drink plenty of water, chew slowly with food, and get plenty of rest. I hope this motivates you☺️
Im gonna so a 7 day test for all of you im keeping my diet the same but not over filling on junk food. Day 1- im pretty sore around my stomach and back but i feel the burn and feel like im doing good Day 2- its hurting more today but its motivating me to go further but no weight difference yet Day 3- so far im not seeing any difference but i feel better and the excersizes are becoming easier
I did this workout everyday and I’m so much happier with my body type this helped me a lot I ate normally but after eating I would workout I recently tried on all my clothes from last year and they all fit I suggest that you try this out constantly

im 1 year late but those who is as late as me heyyy!! im gonna try this and update everyday..
Day 1: no change
Day 2: a little bit of change
Day 3: quite abit of change. feel ligher too
I'll do this for a week and keep you guys updated x btw I'm 13 and I’m doing this once a day along with regular/healthy eating
Day 1- I can never do a proper crunch without hurting my neck but after the crunches it was super easy lol but I’ll probably be sore tomorrow but oh well
Day 2- NO difference that I can see but that is expected lol it doesn’t just happen over night. It was a lot tougher today than I remembered it to be but I took a lot shorter breaks than yesterday which is good but I started doing things more in the correct way of doing them. I’m not flexible so doing this is always very fun aha 😅😂 This made me more energised though which is awesome x Can’t wait for tomorrow.
Day 3- Easier AnD quicker 💪👌
Day 4- same as yesterday :) I will tell you if I see results on day 7

Day 1 : very tough one.. i skipped one exercise...
Day 2 : I completed the exercises... It was a hard time...
Day 3 : it was easier to do these exercises... I completed the whole workout... But saw no change yet ..
Starting my exercise! I'll be adding a 1 minute non-stop squat, wish me luck!
Day 1: It's really easy but some may be hard like the Plank, Side plank and the last exercise, I also did my 1 minute squat and 10 minutes pass by so quickly

Day 1-It was intense, I couldnt even do side planks for too long so instead I did some more crunches and squads. Im hardly breathing.

Fell off a little bit but guys it really does work. Now I do it every now and again but it works!

I did it today for the first time before bed and ill give u honest review of the progress
Day 1 i feel a bit sore but u can feel it in ur stomach
Day 2 I skipped bur I walked for 2 hours
Day 3 I did it because my stomach felt sore and it felt nice to do it. It was easier. I kinda feel like it's working though. Also walked for an hour
Day 4 skipped again but I walked for 15 mins
Day 5 I did it and to be honest the exercises are becoming easier.
Btw I do one day and then skip the next day and then the day after I do it.
My first day! Hope I will continue doing this for the next one whole month! desperately need to see changes on my waist by mid April!!

Not sure if anyone else tried. But i did try a few of the workouts mentioned n a combi of others from other videos. Its been 1.5 wks and i lost half inches on my waist n thigh. Gonna continue doing every night. It helps me sleep better too.

I’ve done this for 3 days it does get ur abs hard, so far my tummy has slimmered down 4 more days and I’ll update again!
When I started I was 182lb, after working for 4-5 days I went down to 174 but I stopped working out for 3 days ( eating unhealthy) and went back to 180. Even with my gain I'm still trying to work out everyday. I have noticed I look really toned and if I get major change I'll report back! :)

니비Nabaa m - In Cobra pose, first, try to side a ball or bottle on both sides of your body (say, for 15 or 20 times in a set) while in the pose. Shifting hands with ball or bottle to both sides will divert your attention/concentration from lower abdomen to counting the set numbers, right? I am @ 55 now doing it. It works. 👍🏻

Day 2: Got easier but I gained a little bit of weight but, I will continue
Day 3:(I skipped)
Day 4: My stomach was slightly smaller(Got really easy, had to do it early in the morning tho )
Day 5: (Did this in the morning) my stomach gets flatter (it's working 😉)
Day 6(192.2): This is unbelievable 👁️👄👁️ (I did it twice)
Day 7(201lb): Was really easy, I'm might do this every day ☺️
Day 8: I feel amazing
Day 9: skipped
Day 10(189 lb) this is really effective😮✨
Edit: I skipped the yoga poses. Might do this for a month or more, Drink plenty of water, chew slowly with food, and get plenty of rest. I hope this motivates you☺️

Im gonna so a 7 day test for all of you im keeping my diet the same but not over filling on junk food.
Day 1- im pretty sore around my stomach and back but i feel the burn and feel like im doing good
Day 2- its hurting more today but its motivating me to go further but no weight difference yet
Day 3- so far im not seeing any difference but i feel better and the excersizes are becoming easier
these exercises were really hard as specially the last one but im going to them for two weeks thank you for those execises.

I did this workout everyday and I’m so much happier with my body type this helped me a lot I ate normally but after eating I would workout I recently tried on all my clothes from last year and they all fit I suggest that you try this out constantly
