To all those doubting the results. IT WORKS. I have flabby thighs, arms and my tummy is big. I am only on day 4 and I definitely already started seeing results. My problem areas are more toned. I feel very motivated to do this for a whole month now. 😊🎉

Hey everyone! Unfortunately i will no longer be continuing this workout. I haven’t been feeling motivated to continue this so I will be doing another workout, but I want to say thank you to all of the nice comments and support that you all have shown. I haven’t logged my weight but i’m 159 lbs now, So this workout definitely works! Thank you once again 🎀💞
(5.21.24) Hi everyone, once again thank you for the support. I wanted to share an update on my progress! i’m now 154 lbs. i had done this workout the other day because i was lazy to the current workouts i do lol. 14 more pounds until 140!🥳🥳
^ - also wanted to include (for anyone who’s interested,) im not on any kind of diet/ count my calories. I’ve been drinking more water, walking more, eating cleaner, and eating certain foods (juice, chips, cookies, etc.) in MODERATION. If i’m craving something, i don’t starve myself of it.. i simply eat a small/decent portion to satisfy the craving.
How long did it take you last year?

if you really want to lose belly fat do not have cheat days or eat lots of fast food. it is better to have a balanced and healthy diet and eats unhealthy things every once in a while. also, make sure to keep it consistent and burn more calories than you intake. you will not see any difference if you are not consistent.

According to google:
Sore muscles after exercise
Feeling your muscles ache or stiffen for a few days after exercise is normal and is known as delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS). It can affect people of all fitness levels, particularly after trying a new activity or pushing yourself a bit harder than usual.

Thought I’d motivate some people. I’m a 12 yr old fem and weigh 81KG, I don’t have a scale but visually my stomach is getting thinner. Do this for yourself, not for anyone’s approval. I’ve also been dieting and I have a trampoline and go on it 4-5 hrs a day. I promise you’ll get the results you want! Continue this otherwise, in a year, you’ll regret it. Keep going people, you can do it!

todays my first day and i did both of the videos 3 times i also did an arm work out video twice and a butt exercise
so I finished my day 7 today, here's my experience.
Day 1: very difficult
Day 2: sore all over from prev day, still did it
Day 3: easier than before
Day 4: very easy, I also did other exercises
Day 5,6,7: easy, did other exercises
So far I haven't seen any such difference in my body despite also being on a slight calorie deficit, but I feel amazing like never before. I feel energetic and happy about life ngl. Will continue doing this for 3 more weeks or so, I hope I see some results.

This workout really works !! I remember when I first started doing her videos in 2020 I wanted to lose some weight for thanksgiving I was like 195 and in a little less than two weeks I was 187 I did her workouts everyday for that time frame . I stayed in a calorie deficit. I was still fairly skinny I have heavy muscle mass so my weight has always been “higher”. Then I got on birth control and a lot of things went on in life and I found myself at my heaviest 286 weighed in November 1st 2023. It’s currently Feb 10 2024 and I am at 245 with just doing Lucy’s workouts. I try to do them 3-5 times out the week. I did have a little help with an appetite suppressant but other than that I had to put in the work . My calorie deficit is 1300 for the day and I rarely even get that close. I hate working out but I love her videos . She’s slowly getting me back my confidence . THANK YOU LUCY.

day 9:❌: my friend was giving birth i wasnt home.
day 10:✅: quick and easy. my body is improving! i have a better shape and less belly fat.
day 11:✅: the exercises are getting easier and easier. no improvement from yesterday.
day 12:✅: memorized all the exercises. my hip dips are literally disappearing omg.
day 13:✅: done in a flash. no improvement but i rlly need to start working on my arms! (might start the 7min arm workout tomorrow so check out my comment!!)
day 14:✅: i cant see improvement from yesterday but it seems like it works fine if you dont have a diet but if u do it probably would work wag faster with one.
day 15:✅: starting a diet and arm exercises!

day 1: HORRIBLE, I am so clearly out of shape, I have trouble just doing the moves correctly 😭 praying for results
day 2: I woke up with a sore body🥲 not that painful but a good 4/10. I saw a rib today when I looked in the mirrorrrr!!!! Really proud of that😭 Today was still HORRIBLE! But the moves are a little easier now. I’m also doing a no dessert thing atm, it’s not really strict with sugar or anything just no overly sweet stuff (coke, chocolates, etc.) Praying to God that I be consistent this time aroundd🥹
day 3: UGHHHHHHH! I almost couldn’t finish the workout🥹 it’s getting so much more tiring, but the steps are easier at least😭 AND I’M CONSISTENT YAYYY! I hope I can finish the challenge😭🫶

Writing this to keep track:
Day 1: It was easier than I excepted, I didn’t warm up tho so i was pretty sore (make sure to do a warm up i did it for the rest of the days and it is better!)
Day 2: a bit more difficult but just because i was tired, I felt more energetic and really excited to get moving tho!
Day 3: surprisingly, im already starting to see results on my waist!? It was easier than day 2. Im also drinking more water and eating healthier, which keeps me motivated for my workout!
Day 4: I feel really energetic and today was the easiest by far, i sweat a bit since i started making it more intense but it was still pretty easy!
Day 5: i forgot to update, but I’ve started doing it without the video and just memorized the exercises, and it makes it much better!
