      Essie's "The More the Merrier" is also an incredible lime! My personal favorite. I call it "Monster Green" or "Monster Slime" but it really is one of the best colors out there and I keep wearing it :). www.essie.com/Colors/Greens/the-more-the-merrier.aspx

      I can recommend you two nails polish from Golden Rose one is called Rich Color nail lacquer #36 and the other one is called Miss Selene nail laquer #216 :)

    I did this with my 6 month old daughter. During the elbow plank thing I had her laying down under me and she decided to create her own workout by putting her feet on my collar bones and trying to push me away.
    She was giggling a lot though. She loves this stuff. She's just not the kind of baby who will sit back and relax while mommy is working out though. ;P

      NAIL POLISH: Dollar General has an exclusive nail polish line and there are some limes in that collection Split Pea Soup and Limelight. Super great quality as well, my favorite over high end polishes

      I don't know if you ever found that green nail polish but if you can get a hold of Salon Perfect (SP) professional nail lacquer in No. 502 "Loopy Lime" then I would highly recommend it. It's the purest shade of green I've ever found and it has kind of a neon fluorescence to it. It's under $10 too.

    I really need to work on my arm strength because I can't stay in downward dog for the last move. My arms get shakey and I fall down :(

      In downward dog, press backwards to lift your hips towards the sky so that the weight is focused in your hamstrings. That should help with your arms. :)

      I know this is 3 weeks late but I had great results from massaging my neck and jaw. It brings the swelling down in your face causing it to appear slimmer. :3

    Day 22 of the beginners calendar. ♡
    Man I'm not feeling to good about how I did on this one. 😔 I'll try it again when I'm home alone and can have more space. On the last move move I hardly did it at all because I was afraid I'd kick things in my room, since I have a TINY amount of floor space and tons of things in my way. It doesn't help that people are home which makes me feel self conscious about working out. I'm not giving up after making it this far though!
    If anyone has a good solution to insufficient space and the nerves I get from my family being home on the weekends, please let me know!

      +Daniela Asti I really like that idea! I'm waiting until the weather warms up a bit because it's been rather cold and snowy here, especially in the last few days. Next month could be a good start to that though! Maybe even in a could weeks if the weather cooperates.

      umm there are 5 moves- the bridge pulses, the advanced bridge pulses, the grasshopper, the heel kicks and the rainbow but. ;)

    3 reasons why I loved this vid:
    1. loved the workout for my butt
    2. the giant wine glass un the background - I'll just have one glass ;)
    3. "the bigger the arch the bigger the butt" - arch sounds similar to "Arsch" in german - which means "butt". I kept telling myself in german "the bigger the butt the bigger the butt!" xD

    I did this video right after one of her intense full body videos, after the first video I was shaking like crazy, then I did this video without a break and now I am shaking more than ever! But I still finished the video without stopping and I am so proud of myself!

    My body has adjusted to the workouts I'm doing so this is great! I needed new ones to help lift my butt. I wasn't blessed with a great butt so I have been working hard to give myself one. Thanks for the video! :)

    5 best arm slimming moves. Ever since I became a massage therapist, my arms have become huge. Although I love my job, I'd love to slim these puppies up as much as possible. Xx

    this helps although of course some moves are difficult because I have a sprained ankle. I wish you would make some workout videos for people who still want to workout but need adjustments because they have a sprained ankle. it would so help because I love your workouts.
