    Hi Maddie! I don't normally comment because I love all your workouts, the variation of them and have been doing them almost daily since the start of the pandemic. But I just need to say that I love when you're being you and not editing out any mistakes you may make. More laughter while working out, because life's supposed to be fun :)

    No joke your vids have changed my life I cannot thank u enough 🤍 I struggled with an ED for years and struggled to gain the weight back, I was incredibly weak and my health was in decline. I could never get myself to go to the gym bc I felt so weak and embarrassed, but then found your channel and realized working out from home was actually enjoyable. I’ve been working out to your vids for the past three months almost daily and developed healthier eating habits. I’m finally achieving my fitness goals and my confidence has never been better thank u Maddie !!!

    I love how there is not much explosive movements in this exercise (except for burpees, ofc). It’s perfect for someone like me who just recovered from flu yesterday.

    I had to stop twice for a two minute breather. Thank you for saying slow is ok. I am very slow but want to get the form right every move. Finally on to using 10 pound weights! Your workouts keep me motivated. I am actually able to reasonably get thru them, meaning I don't want to give up! Thank you!

    Thank you for always explaining proper form! I am double jointed (I noticed you are too!) and have very strong quads and shoulders, so a lot of times I let them do all the work, but because you are careful to explain correct form and what muscles should be feeling tension I have noticed a huge difference! You are awesome.

    Absolutely loved it. It's the realism of it all... Mixing up words, feeling the burn as we do. Only suggestion is i struggle to get started and looking for a warm up n then workout isn't working for me. If you could please do more videos with a warm up and cool down. People who don't want it can just skip past it. Hope to see a few with everything warm up + work out + cool down. Super thanks

    This is my favorite workout! It targets all muscle groups. I have been doing this since early February, along with other workouts that you feature. I especially love the 10 minute abs routine. I do that daily!!!

    love this workout! If I may make a wish, it would be great to have these workout videos with just the instructions and timer on audio, no background music, so we could play our preferred workout music simultaneously while watching. Thanks Maddie!

    I’ve just discovered your channel, love it. I really enjoyed the strength workout, it went so quick. I normally CrossFit so my lightest weights were 12.5kg which was a bit challenging! I loved that it was a calm workout, no heavy music, not shouted at all the time.

    This was great! I felt like some of the other days of the Dec challenge weren’t really challenging enough, but this was perfect! Good balance between up and lower body, great pacing, and got my heart rate up. I did third round. More like this!

    Loved this workout. In the first half I was only taking 15 sec breaks because I was enjoying the exercise but in the second half I realised I probably shouldnt have done that. I will definitely feel this tomorrow. This is a very fun workout for people trying to get back into working out after a long break, very little substitution required

    It’s been a long time since I’ve done a 30 minute weights routine and I loved this - none of the exercises are too long (except maybe the burpees lol) and you explain things so well - I feel fantastic after doing this!

    Wow i think this may be my fav type of workout! Ive always seen working out as a way to burn as much cals as possible even if i didnt enjoy it much, and even when i started to get better with my relationship with food, i would still always go for HIIT and super high intensity workouts and i still didnt enjoy them as much and could never be consistent..BUT i tried this today and holy cow I enjoyed it so much!!!! It was just the right amount of sweat and intensity while also focusing on strength and muscle❤
    I rambled alot lmao but im gonna be doing these types of workouts and hopefully i stay consistent and continue to enjoy it

    Anyone else have the hardest time with side lunges? They just feel so awkward and my legs and glutes never “burn” 🤦🏻‍♀️

      Same here. I push from my heal and poke my butt out but never feel tension in that glute. I always feel it in my legs. Now, whenever she does side lunges, I just side step with a resistant band and that gets my side glutes going.

      I think it might be due to how the different parts of the hips are: smaller, bigger, tilted differently, whether the joint socket is more to the front or back, etc.

      Yes yes yes, I always try to come up with a different exercise that might do the same sort of thing, such as a sumo squat I’ll do. But I totally agree, idk why it doesn’t work for me

      Yeah same. Does everybody have long ass legs? I blame everything I can’t do on my long legs 🤣 squats I have to do in between a regular and sumo squat. And you can forget about narrow squats 😅

    Great workout for unmotivated days. I'm definitely still sweating but was able to get through it because of the simplicity. So cute when you fumbled your words and couldn't stop laughing. You're the best! Keep up the amazing work :)

    I seem to forget between sets if a particular exercise is on both sides or just one. Any chance of reminding the folks like me please? I love all your workouts.
