      There are plenty of HIIT style workouts from Popsugar, I have tons of them saved in a playlist But it's good that you looked elsewhere for workout vids because other subscribers do like the dance videos and they should get to see what they like too

    beginning of workout: maybe this is too easy...end of workout: I WANT MY MOMMMMY WAAAA!! This is a GREAT workout! Thank you! (51 years old, opted for tuck jumps at the end-first 2 rounds, 15, last round 20!!).

    I loved this one! The way that it's broken down really makes the time go by quickly. It starts out easy, then it sneaks up on you with how intense it gets! Thank you for another great 30ish minute HIIT workout! My fav!

    I've been doing this workout for months and today was the first time I was able to do the whole thing without taking extra breaks in between. That final stretch tasted like sweet victory!

    Loving Betina’s workouts right now....they are fun and pack a punch of glute pain...in a good way! Please bring BG back for a 45 mins workouts...she is my go to for full body strength & a little HIIT workout every Monday....like how she puts a short HIIT at the end of the workouts as a finisher . 😁💚🙏

    I’ve just finished this workout and feeling so much better! I loved that it was both HIIT and weights.
    Also I burned around 225 calories according to my fitness tracker, considering I am a petite woman it’s a good number of calories!💪🏻

    So glad to of seen this as I've loved Betina's workout from last year and have done it at least 20 times! This one was great, loads of cardio and I loved the weights which now I know what's in store might go heavier next time. So good to have a decent cool down. Bettina is super motivating with her enthusiasm, instructions and she is total body goals. Thanks very much for this and all the workouts Popsugar 💪👍🤘🤩😘

    I have been using popsugar videos as my go-to for my morning workouts for about 4-5 years now. I love this video (and the instructor, Betina). My butt and upper legs hurt the day after doing this video (I have done it 2x so far and plan to do it weekly). I think it is one of the best videos for a butt workout. You can adjust the weight as your body gets used to the weight. It's great!

    Okay, so I've done this workout two days in a row now. It's a GREAT workout! I love the mixture of cardio & weights. More than anything, the energy of the trainers in the video kept me going.

    commenting from quarantine!! :) ive been trying LOADS of different hiit videos from different channels and even a lot of the ones from popsugar too but I ALWAYS come back to this one because it really gets me sweating like no other exercise! would highly recommend this hiit workout to put into your daily exercise. I workout about 5 times a week and always do at least 20 minutes of hiit to help lose body fat before I work on toning specific muscles. hope this helps and let's come out of quarantine stronger than ever!!

    Thanks for having the timer on screen. I've moved away from Pop Sugar because there are too many dance workouts and too much talking (at times), where the chatting between moves or sets just kills all momentum. But, that may be ok for other people. To each their own. Plenty of other channels to watch. But I was happy to see this video and will be doing it this week!

    Loved the challenges at the end! Making exercise like games of self-challenges is so much fun. PopSugar - can we get more of that. Also I did not get bored of doing the same exercises because the time/length altered so it gave me strength to continue. I do not stay engaged if I am doing the same combos for 30 minutes straight. More of this pleeeasse. And Ana, we will miss your energy! You were so much fun to have encouraging us through this!

    I havent worked out in about a month and i just did this with out the dumbells . It burned ive sweated so much and i feel so so good . Tomorrow i will try it with some light weights. Wow this was a good sweat!!!

    Definitely one of the best workouts. I managed to do this at the gym this time so took on Betina's challenge of finishing the 'counts' with knee tucks instead of quiet squat jumps which I did before as I have neighbours beneath me. I did seventeen so totalled 51!! Thanks Popsugar you guy rock!

    This one definitely gets your heart going but you do every exercise in rounds x3. I personally don’t like repeats in work outs but she is a good instructor.
