I don't speak Hindi, infact I speak more Afrikaans and Zulu. I'm from South Africa. My belief system is a cocktail of Shiva, Ganesha, Mother Luxmi, Dee baba, Kali Ma and a few Others. I was fortunate to be introduced by my Grandfather and his father. Anyway, I'm straying from the topic. As I mentioned I speak Zero Hindi. But as u felt when u first listened to the Chalisa. I felt it too. So about 5 years ago. I started to recite(play the Chalisa on the radio and follow in a book), one day my aunt mentioned that she watched me and most of the time, my eyes were closed. So I wasn't reading. How did I know every word? I still don't know how... All I know is one day when my time is up and Yamraj comes to fetch me. I'm gonna have 9.43 minutes to reflect on my life... one more time. Coz not even Yamraj will stop the Chalisa when recited with true devotion. Jai Shree Raam... He lives forever...
