Near Mount Kailash , in the border of India there is Adi Kailash and Om parvat. That mountain literally has a naturally curved OM symbol in it , specially noticeable during full snow. You can look it up.
There is a video by Sadhguru about Mount Kailash where he describes why it is not a part of Himalayas naturally but was brought there. He describes how the soil and rocks are different around it and why. Also links the lore around it and his own spiritual experiences there and in the lake nearby.
He has several videos about Kailash though and none of the popular ones have this part about it being brought from somewhere. I would have to find it. I think it was a video about Shiva being from outer space or something like that.

So, few people have tried to climb mt Kailash but no was able to because our sense of direction doesn't work, also according to many people who tried climbing it said that you age very fast on mt Kailash. One expedition group went to climb Mt Kailash and they return in a week as they weren't able to climb it and they said that our nails and hair has grown rapidly there, they said that in one week the nails and hairs has grown that they would normally grow in 1 month of 2.

listened in an podcast one guy claiming there're sadhus here meditating and living for more than a century, some are like 200+ year older. There's definitely a lot more mystery about the mountain. All of the attempts to climb the mountain have failed, except for one according to Tibetan legends, that happened about 900 years ago today.
the thing is if you take a bath at Mansarover(considering you can withstand the cold environment) you will have abetter health and clear mind, however the rakshastal lake ( abode of Rakshasas (demons)) can make many who return severely ill, mentally unstable and die fast. I have also heard that anyone who tried to climb the mount kailash tend to age very fast.

1. Climbers says that they always used to lose the sense of direction as if the mountain itself is changing it's positions
2. Another experience is that while their climbing on that mountain they noticed that time goes very fast on that mountain and they also noticed that their nails and hairs was growing as if they spent weeks on that mountain
