The british couple on yt (those happy days) tried kundalini but she wouldn't be able to handle it at first and started crying and having a feel of different emotions.
This man is Sri M, who was born into a Muslim family but later converted to Hinduism after experiencing the yoga. He has authored several books. When kundalini reaches the Sahatrara Chakra (sahatrara meand 1000 in sanskrit- its bdepicted as lotus with 1000 petals), it is referred to as Khechari Mudra, during which the tongue rolls back, and a life-nectar flows from the top of the jaw, leading to a state of profound bliss with eyes rolled back. I had a wonderful experience of this once, but it's not something that can be achieved every time you practice yoga; various factors like stress, emotional state, concentration, and focus play a role. Recently, a man in the US experienced something similar and attempted to patent his discovery, only to realize it has long been part of Hinduism.
Yoga is just not about poses. The yoga which is popular in western countries is called “Hata Yoga” there are many forms of yoga, like Kriya yoga, Ashtang Yoga, and many more.
The best place to start is practicing Pranayama breathing and meditation, but actually focusing on reducing all thoughts. Once you learn to sit in that silence, being able to ignore the bodily distractions. Then ask yourself questions, make sure you don't attach yourself to the question by expecting certain answers, you will be surprised with the clear answers you receive. The more questions inquiring about yourself, the more profound the answers you receive. Somewhere in your bloodline are master Druids so you have their ancestral blessings, don't forget that. The fact that you keep coming back to this knowledge should be a clear pointer.
He is not talking about the usual Yoga done in the West called "Hatha Yoga" or the Yoga of physical exercises. He is talking about "Kriya Yoga" or the Spiritual Yoga that involves certain breathing techniques and raising the Kundalini.
There are various mudras (hand gestures). If you do vayu mudra you can control air, if you to agni mudra you can control fire, if you jal mudra you can control water
01:20 That is true, I used to do Gym and Yoga both. I used to do Sheershashan(head stand yoga) as I was loosing my hair badly. I felt Yoga was more effective for me than Gym. For example when I was doing the sheershashan I felt that my Triceps were getting a workout like hell. Yoga might not help in building big muscles but it would help your body to be internally well, flexible and your reflex actions will be faster. Even lord Hanuman taught Arjuna that, 'A Body which has just the strength but ain't fast and flexible is useless' . I am a very lazy person, I left doing yoga or gym. I have to start them again. I request people do do the Gym as well as Yoga. I have seen the GYM guys they could hardly bend their hands. Lol
Read "the autobiography of a Yogi". A book in which you will discover talks with those being who have risen their Kundalini. They have unlocked the secret of universe and can also manipulate them. For example being in two place at the same time, flying in air, live without drinking or eating, increasing and decreasing size of their body, able to read other's thought etc
1:11 I don't know about the overall phisical appearance I was dealing with hairfall lately And watched so many videos, tryed several serum's , home remedies, changed my shampoo Nothing worked came across this YT video in which this old lady was talking about 7 yogas for healthy hair I did it consistently 3 time a week for 2 months & Guess what My hair's are thick like they were in my school days 😊 I am on top of the world 🌍 right now 😁💁♀️💃
Sri M is brilliant. He's one who's seen the all pervading splendor of the lord spread throughout his creation, he's seen the impressions left by the lord. Tasmayi Sri guruve namah
13:04 Bro, I disagee that you have to renounce life for spiritual progress.. there has been many people in history who've reached the pinacle while leading a householder's life.. Even today in India, there are millions who do their daily practice while also doing their worldly duties. And I've seen that people who do daily meditations, their worldly matters don't hamper them much and they're pretty much sorted. With regular practice these people achieve real growth - you know like they gain spiritual powers and stuff but they usually hide it and behave as normal householders.
I recently visited a place called Hanuman Chatti(rock) it's a temple which is mentioned in Mahabharat where Hanuman broke the arrogance of Bheem(one of the 5 Pandav brothers he was the strong one).
Yogi here is referring to change in consciousness brought about by rise in kundalini, the breath of life(God source-singularity). Yoga-yog implies union with the source. The higher levels of consciousness cannot be accessed via intellect rather via the heart .There is no thought only awareness.
He is the great yogi, Sri M. Read his books Apprenticed To A Himalayan Master and Journey Continues. You'll know all about him and what he is talking about.
Yo bro please check out the Bhagwat Geeta explained by Dharma Speaks. He explains it all in English so you will be able to fully understand what it means.
Yog is not just a workout for the body yes it is the part of yog which is called asan. Getting enlightment through yog marg is not for everyone it's not a joke cuz one mistake can make years of your practice useless. The easiest way to attain enlightment is through bhakti yog it is for everyone and it is the most beautiful way. I would recommend you to watch videos about bhakti yog and go further this way 😊. Rest is upto you .
I would suggest you look more to Sri M's videos (The Satsang Foundation is his channel). Haven't found more spiritually enlightening conversations than him.
Exactly why Hindus have Sadhus, the orange clothes people. They give up literally everything. Fame, Family, Human Desires and only then they perform such activities, that too from a guru. Nobody becomes a sadhu by their own self. Its very hard.
12:55 the world know when the enlighten appears in front. Let's take a famous person Gautam Buddha as example. Just by looking at Gautam budh, you know, he is enlighten one. No advertisement is needed.
Do remember the Tantra Part of Hinduism is different from Plain hinduism. Their rituals are very different and weird, but Tantra is too powerful, I believe hardly 0.1% hindus in the entire would could perform or have the knowledge of Tantra. Sages living in the himalayas are all Tantric sages, they worship Lord Shiva and other ferocious Devis(female deities) and no wonder they live in -20, to -50 degree celcius in the himalayas without proper clothes.
Yoga is not what you explained it to be. It’s not a workout. Yoga simply means union. There are hundreds of ways of doing yoga of which most are not even physical

It seems you don't know it either. They mostly do asanas which are postures and pranayama which is breathing techniques on body level and prana movement on pranic level.
@@cosmosapien597 Buddy I am trying to explain something to a Westerner not who is an Indian that Yoga is something else....what they know is only physical exercise and not what we in India know
Hey, you're not doing any yoga, you're just practicing asanas. Which is just a part of it. Asanas are not for mind and spiritual upliftment. Yoga means restraining thoughts from mind so that you'll gain access to universal consciousness and you'll experience non duality. Meditation only considered as main part in yoga. Yoga has 8 steps , ashtanga yoga is the real name. Asanas are only for physical stability and health
You started the clips at 1:10 paused to talk BS at 1:17 that's 7 seconds. Dude for your own good & mental wellbeing.... you need to control your brain....gather your thoughts, take notes if you have to but you need to get rid of this bad habit to interrupt abruptly. What you have been doing is very "Annoying & Disrespectful" to speakers in original clips & also to your audience. Please think about it & reflect. I wish you well.
To all the people saying he didn't do the video he said he would do in the livestream, he explains why he didn't in the beginning of the video.
