I am not a chief, nor do I have any training. I simply enjoy cooking for my family and friends. As time goes on I am learning more recipes and understanding how to make good food without relying on someone else. Recording these videos is a way I can pass down my recipes to my daughter. One day, If she ever wants to recreate something I used to cook for her, she can always come to this channel and watch me cook it.

☺Thank you
These look delicious! Will try them for sure! Oh by the way does that little voice narrating sound like Peppermint Patty from the Peanuts gang? Too cute!!
Thank you, it was my first attempt and they turned out good. I know, the voice reminded me of the peanuts character too. When I found that voice it was by accident and I decided to use it to be different. It is a text to speech computer generated voice.
I do not care for any seafood. I’m sure your recipe will be enjoyed by many! Supporting your channel and telling everyone howdy from Texas! Thx Pepper and Nick!🤩

These are a great finger food snack for parties. Thank you for the wonderful compliment! 🤗
These were a staple at wedding receptions in the South back in the day 😍
Yes, you’re right. As a matter of fact, these were made for a baby reveal party. 😊
I gotta try that!
We usually serve these with other finger foods for parties. Like with chips, dips, and small sandwiches. They are really good.
HI Nick and Nessa! Love watching your videos.
Thank you so much, that means a lot to hear you say that. 🥰
My family only made these during the holidays. Our matriarch is almost 80 and now has Alzheimer’s. Don’t know why we didnt continue the tradition. Maybe the “fat makes you fat”, “butter/cheese are BAD” controversy. I’m don’t care for cheese. I never made them for my kids. Your recipe looks delicious and they bring back sweet memories. Thank you Nick! Thank you Pepper!
Thank you Becky, I was asked to make these cheese balls and the cheese straws for a baby reveal party, so I only got to eat a couple of them for the ending part of the video. As always, thank you for your support, it means a lot to me. 🥰
Cheese master is in the house! 🎉🎉
