- INGREDENTS;
1 1/2 LBS ground chuck
1 box of Lasagna noodles
1 medium size onion (diced & sautéed in olive oil)
3 garlic cloves (diced & sautéed in olive oil)
Olive Oil and Sea Salt for the noodle water.
1 TSP Salt & Black Pepper
1/2 TBSP Oregano
1/2 TBSP Basil
1 large egg
1 1/2 cups of Ricotta Cheese
Mozzarella ( shredded or freshly diced or both)
Parmesan Cheese
Tomato sauce ( I used 1 1/2 jars of Michael Angelo's)
Preheat and bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes covered with foil.
Uncover the foil from the lasagna and bake for another 15 minutes.
The lasagna cuts and serves better when it cools down. It tastes better
the next day after it has had time to chill and reheated. ENJOY!

This is the simple version that taste really good. Some day soon when I have a full day in the kitchen I'm gonna try my skills at an Italian Lasagna.
