That seems like a fine recipe for salmon patties. My mom always made salmon patties (and tuna patties, for that matter) with crushed up saltines instead of corn meal.
That's a good idea, kind of like a bread crumb. This was my first attempt at making them. I thought about adding more spices and onions etc. but then I reminded myself, less sometimes is better. Thanks for your reply.
