Cheese Straws

1 pound of grated sharp cheddar cheese
2 cups of flour
1 stick of melted butter
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of cayenne red pepper
Mix everything together and use a cookie press with the star shape to form the sticks.
or roll the dough out and cut with a knife or pizza cutter. Place on a baking sheet and
bake in a 400 degree preheated oven until crisp.
