Chocolate Pie with Whipped Topping

CHOCOLATE PIE FILLING
1 1/2 cups of sugar
1/4 cup of corn starch
1/4 TSP of salt
6 TBSP cocoa powder
3 cups of milk
6 TBSP of butter
2 TSP of vanilla extract
WHIPPED TOPPING
2 cups of heavy whipping cream
1/2 TSP vanilla extract
1/4 cup of powdered sugar
DEEP DISH FROZEN PIE CUST. It is premade and will need to be cooked completely before adding the pie filling.
