Jack I think you should see your GP I am really starting to think you have some kind of eating disorder, a KFC only took me 20 mins max to eat when I was your weight, a foot long subway around the same time. Once you solve that and keep consistant at gym and technique, you will gain.

Unfortunate to see. Anorexic gentleman has been accidentally cutting for a while now. Clearly struggling under the pressure and its taking its tole on this mental and physical health. Dude needs some social media training to get rid of his toxic community that he created and build something healthier which will in turn help keep him motivated so his anxiety doesn't effect his ability to eat. His BMR is about 1600 so loosing weight is very concerning. Likely that he's eating 1-2 meals a day. Rooting for you but you definitely need to try processing hate in a healthier way. If you still don't gain weight ill be showing up to JD in HD1 at 2am to force feed you some Smash burgers from up the road
His BMI is NOT 1600 I would say 2400 at least, as he's tall skinny and fast metabolism
@@Slovakgraal fast metabolism is basically a myth I was the exact same when I was his age. Plus he's not even that tall at all and he doesn't do any intense exercise. No way his BMR is 2400 I would bet my life on it
