Cardio should be done regardless, there's nothing but pros with cardio. He should be doing cardio in the morning hours before he lifts though. Just my thoughts on it.
I wouldn’t even do cardio. I do cardio once to twice a week because I want to practice my swimming and it helps my mental health. But if it weren’t for those 2 reasons I wouldn’t do cardio. I used to struggle to put on weight like Jack. Last year I decided to give it another shot at weight gain, did very little cardio like once a week at most 30-45 min. And the gains were so much easier than before.
Absolutely, there is no real reason for him to be doing cardio outside of staying fit. If his goal is to put on weight and muscle, then cardio is only be a hindrance to him
No hate on Jack, but it's really sad to see how little progress he has made over 8 months with the huge amount of help from other creators. I hope he keeps at it and starts taking things seriously and prove all the haters wrong :)
I know! In 8 months of solid consistent work & eating he should be much more progressed. I’m still not convinced he is eating enough, especially considering he’s is doing cardio alongside the weights
Jack’s youtube channel in a nutshell. 1)Pretend you are working out 2)Pretend you are eating 3)Add the most clickbaity titles ever that no one is falling for. 4)Hype up everyone forever. Don’t want to be that guy and I know I sound like a dick but come on bro take it serious. I have seen people just as skinny as you that are either super shredded or super swole. You aren’t taking your exercise or diet seriously and this point it just feels like you are lying about it. I have no clue if you’ll read it or if you care about advices from people that just want to help a brother out but work on your diet. It is a cycle. You eat right and work on building those gains at the right speed it will just work out on its own.
Please do a video Jack about your specific goals (I'm talking numbers - weight target, SBD targets, caloric surplus, protein intake, no. of sets per week) because I think the community can really help you put on some serious mass and looking absolutely swole mate. I'd deffo recommend leaving cardio out entirely to be honest, just get in a fair amount of steps per day and for now that's all you need, the calories you lose doing cardio will really hinder your progress. Your gym routines seem decent so maybe it's your diet that needs looking at, but please do a video so we can help you and impart our varying knowledge!
I used to be just like you! It can’t be done half-ass. But if you stay focused, eventually, you will get bigger!! Go get it, Jack! Make a big bruv proud!

You’re a big inspiration for me, Jack. Currently I’m in a similar position you’re in, at 40kg. Looking forward to seeing our progress and the incoming gains! 🫡 Hoping to see more TH-cam vids from you.
Hey brother, just a piece of advice, do cardio after weights not before. When you do cardio and then do weights, first of all it depletes your carb stores which you could have used for weights instead, and you’re essentially just strengthening your cardio more than you’re building muscle. Doing cardio after doing weights actually increases muscle mass and strength, with benefits to cardio health as well. All love, as someone who started skinny myself, I wanna see people like you win, and your progress is definitely noticeable 🤟🤟keep it going
been a long time fan you you jack, as a skinny kid myself your an inspiration more youtube content from you would be amazing keep up with what your doing lad💪🏼

Hey Jack I’m sure all your influencer bros have told you this but when doing chest really squeeze your shoulders back and stick your chest out so your shoulders and triceps don’t take over. This was a game changer for me. Lower weight if you have to but concentrate on that mind muscle connection my dude!
Before starting your training, i would recommend doing 5-10 minutes of cardio instead of 30 minutes. Enough to get the blood pumping and heat up your body. I would also recommend stretching your muscles after working out.
Why are you not progressively overloading your bench press? You were at 20-30kg a few months ago. You need to keep your bum on the bench to give you more stability. Also stop wasting 30 minutes on the treadmill. 5 minutes is enough/
Some progress is noticed but doode my best bit of advice I can give is get that 2 second squeeze in on each rep, mind muscle connection can change the whole game. 😊 keep up the good work bro
Hello, you only need there exercises for chest. 1. a compound of some sort such as a flat dumble press, bench press, or a flat machine chest press. 2. You need an upper chest movement such as an incline dumbell press, incline smith chest machine press or incline machine chest press. 3. Then finally do some sort of fly. My other advice would to simply do MINIMUM cardio, eat much more, and actually challenge yourself with heavier weight. Your body wont adapt/grow if you dont give it the proper stimulus or nutrition to grow.
Honeslty bro, just eat till you make yourself sick, sometimes. You just gotta eat loads and let your ego go a little bit on excersises and push yourself to the absolute limit
@@Harry_Townsend Still it is a muscle that can be trained 2 or 3 times a week, same as i would do abs on a pull day or even a leg day. There is absolutely nothing weird about training shoulders with a push day

I do appreciate your videos jack but from what i see here you got to turn up your intensity and keeping your form stable. Especially on the fly chest machine.
Holy crap dude even before the pump your chest is looking awesome. Just a tip cause I learned the hard way, I wouldn't put collars on the bar if you're benching alone. Even if you're in the gym, someone might not see you and it's hard to yell with 55 pounds on your neck. Keep up the good work!
tbh, you shouldn’t go above 6 sets per muscle per session, because after 6 sets, the muscle is so tired that it won’t really build muscle of that. I would recommend hitting every muscle 2x per Week so you get to 12 sets per mucle in one week. If you’re an intermediate lifter then you could also do up to 20 sets per mucle per week. Hope this helps.
Hey mate, great progress! Make sure you are eating really, really constantly. Plenty of lean meat, sweet potato, brown rice etc just get those calories in. Eat until you can't eat anymore. Maybe get a nutrition coach on board for 30 mins just to make sure you're in the right spot. Wishing you all the very best mate.
Good to see you posting Jack!!Progress is showing so well done,Keep it up.One thing i would say is 1.Cardio wise i only use it as a warm up to warm up not to increase my cardio as i just burn to many calories like you do..So i just do a 5 minute medium paced row/jog and done.Last thing we wanna do is burn calories and use up our energy doing that rather than using that energy to build strength/muscle.You can work on upping that cardio further down your fitness journey buddy.Keep at it
At the stage your at you probably don’t need to do cardio, just concentrate on progressive overload weights sessions 3 x a week and get as much calories in and sleep as possible 💪 😴 😊
Yoo, jackfitness! A advice you should take is to do cardio after the workout cause if u do cardio inm the start your gonna get more poor preformance in your workout!
