I feel like Jack may genuinely have an ED since it really looks like he struggles to eat. Great that he is back to some gym content but really it would almost be better for him to just spend a few weeks doing nothing but eating.
Taking ADD medication might also contribute, I never got close to my weight goals until I stopped taking those and suddenly bulking was easy. Whatever the reason that's what he needs to address, working out is wasting calories until he can hold his weight at 10-15 more pounds and then keep eating a calorie surplus.

Jack I think you should see your GP I am really starting to think you have some kind of eating disorder, a KFC only took me 20 mins max to eat when I was your weight, a foot long subway around the same time. Once you solve that and keep consistant at gym and technique, you will gain.
Jack, If your workout routine consisted of 1 set Bench Press, 1 Set undergrip pulldowns, and 1 Set of Squats in one training day and rested for about 3 days, You would see a difference very quickly, I started training in 2022 and did heavy volume training but until last year I dropped all the volume and concentrated on High Intensity of effort. My heaviest bench was 50kg last year, It's 100kg now, My pulldowns are 100kg and my max squat for reps is 160kg. Rest is everything, food is important, and you are doing way too much volume. 1 set with the exception of a warmup set before the set to failure will help both your strenght and muscle recruitment far quicker. Drop all the volume, stop splitting up your days, One full body session, Bench, Pulldowns "Undergrip for biceps" and Squats all at 1 set to pure failure and get out and rest 3 to 5 days. You'll be bigger and stronger quicker.
