      @@JT-we5dm yeah im kind of disappointed in him to be honest. I mean I'm a skinny guy also and 6ft 1 so I understand it takes longer than the average person to gain muscle but I'm currently on a bulk for around 4 months and I can tell you that jack hasn't eaten anything near enough.

      Just do it you will get there 😂😅❤❤ I promise years go by fast as so four years will be 4 minutes and then boom you look good from what you did to yourself speaking from experience I’m so good looking I could be a model but I’m humble and like to help people out like you ❤❤😂😂 remember you will get there turn that negative energy in positive energy when working out if you feel like you going to fail take four minute break and do again I do 2400 reps every week 400 a day aside from Sunday and Wednesday those are my rest days and form is not important unless your body can be at risk putting weights up until you can’t go further than that then increase the reps 😂❤❤❤❤you get there don’t worry everyone is a noob in life at the beginning at the end the are pros ❤❤❤❤😂

    Just make sure you don't have marfan's syndrome, since ur build hints it. Or just do echocardiogram check to make sure your aorta is not dilated. If its not then its all good and continue lifting. I have similar build and had it checked (turned out to be OK)

    Like good on the lad but people need to realise he’s not even doing a good job, he’s physically anarexic, his bone density will be extremely low therefore he’s at risk of snapping his bones, along with this he’s gained like 3kg in the last 6 months which isn’t bulking, and probs all of that is just muscle from newbie gains, regardless his little transformation is just visable because he’s so underweight, on a normal person you wouldn’t see anything

      @@akt8549 finally another person who shares the same opinion lmao, he can’t even blame his metabolism because I used to think I had a fast metabolism and I was 49kg at 17 and super skinny, so I decided to change, in 8 months I went from 49kg and looking anarexic to 72 and looking decently buff, the guy seems genuine so I can’t fault him but people need to stop praising him for work that isn’t even good

      Bruh literally...I was also thinking the same why are all the people commenting like he made huge improvement....he needs to eat more ...I was skinny and I gained 3-4kg in one month..if it's difficult to eat...he can consume liquid calorie.... bulking smoothies ... I was 52kg now I'm at 71

    As someone who has been skinny most of my life, i have started off at 70 kg and in 4 years ive gained about 15 kg of muscle mass. You will be looking back on your journey and realize how far you've come. Don't stop what you're doing Jack, keep going 💪

    Just in keep in mind it appears Jack has extreme ectomorph genetics. So his gains are gonna look much different than most people. He's probably the most ectomorphic person I have seen on the internet.

      Difference in posture as well. In the before picture he holds his hands and shoulders back, hiding the lats, but in the newer picture it's more to the front, extending the lats.

    Bro you can do it, especially with your knowledge and all the support. I also went from 55kg to 85kg and know how hard it is in the beginning. What helped me the most was eating something healthy that I liked, multiple times a day because that's easier for you than eating different things that you might not like that much. In my case that were oats that also always had peanut butter in them. Keep going!

      @@hermei8828 Yeah Ive bulked to 90.7kg before but I' 6"2. Nevertheless it was just mostly fat.
      I prefer low bodyfat, look way better in the face. Now I am 150lbs or so.

      On the contrary, It's not about genetics Precisely he is definitely having some sort of food absorption intestinal bacteria disease like crohn's or autoimmune disease which he is unaware of or maybe even parasite which will affect the growth. Because of that the necessary food and nutrients are not absorbed in the normal way but come almost clean through the intestine and he can't gain muscle and weight like normal people.

    Bro here’s a tip being skinny is nice because it means you can eat whatever you want and yeah I have to take two cold showers a day and eat as little food as possible but yeah eat whatever the flip you want and more than you want 😅😂❤❤that’s what I did and don’t forget to take breaks and don’t do all body workout every day abs four or two times a week arms three two times a week and legs well three two times a week and if you feel weak when lifting it isn’t because your skinny it could be you need to take a week rest your bones are muscles to but yeah 😅 I have a skinny brother I’m a prodigy when it comes to fitness I do 2400 reps every week plus 3 hour of boxing at my boxing gym I’m the best there keep in mind this gym has over a hundred people and children because it’s a free boxing gym no money paid so most of them are very high class yeah one dude did all the sports in his school he knocked out all 12 people in his boxing amateur tournaments everyone was afraid of him so he became professional at 19 year old I’m 17 his 24 now but remember what I told you skinny means you look sexier when you have muscle mass unlike us fat big boys that look big and ugly when we don’t maintain fasting anyway cya remember you doing well ❤❤❤❤😂

    I gained 35kg/77lbs and got strong without steroids. Try to eat a casual meal (chicken+rice or spaghetti, whatever u like to eat) and fill ur stomach up to 90-95% and then eat monte (Monte works for 95%) or nuts (nuts work for 90%). Have 7days or bananas near of ur bed and if u wake up at night just eat em. It was a key habit for me. These 2 tricks should give u at least 600 more calories a day.

    250ml full fat milk
    100g yogurt
    1 snickers bar
    50g oats
    1 banana
    30g of peanut butter if you like
    Have one of these twice a day and you'll see the gains. I put on 12kg in about 2 years just having a couple of those a day on top of my normal diet (it was a bit on and off but i got there).
