The Devil Is In The Details

I'm trying to explain complex biology, chemistry, physic, and mathematic principles when they meet together in multi-disciplinary fields such as regenerative medicine, drug delivery, tissue engineering, nanotechnology, etc.
- In my explanations, I'm gonna review tons of research papers and probably, upload videos from the lab in the future.
- Since this is youtube and not PubMed, all of the explanations are my understanding of research papers, So my videos shouldn't be considered completely as scientific facts. So, I used a number system to indicate the references and you can find the articles In the description of each video. But I encourage you to speak up about your opinions in the comment section and start a civil, scientific, and professional discussion with other members of the community.
- As you would realize, I'm not a native English speaker, but I'm trying my best to not have any huge mistake.
peace and enjoy.

Shape-shifting cells that can kill us or make us
Epithelial to mesenchymal transition (EMT) is a biological process where cells change from tightly packed and specialized epithelial cells to more mobile and invasive mesenchymal cells. This transition involves altered gene expression and cell adhesion, allowing cells to migrate and invade surrounding tissues. EMT plays important roles in development, wound healing, and cancer metastasis. Understanding EMT is crucial in various fields, including regenerative medicine and cancer research, with potential implications for therapy.

The science of decellularization and recellularization
มุมมอง 6K9 หลายเดือนก่อน
Organ decellularization and recellularization are tissue engineering techniques that aim to create functional transplantable organs. The goal is twofold: first to create an acellular organ scaffold by removing the cells from a donated organ, and then to repopulate this scaffold with recipient cells to generate a personalized organ. This process has several benefits. By decellularizing an organ,...

Stem cells understand geometry. How?
มุมมอง 1.4Kปีที่แล้ว
One of the recent hot topics in tissue engineering is utilizing the topographical features of biomaterials for controlling stem cell behaviors. The cell understands the geometry of the surface they attached to, and based on that, they change their fate and behavior. We still don't know the exact mechanisms which make this field interesting. This is one of the topics that I wanted to talk about ...

Thanks for sharing .will u study iTeracare device and NRF2 from protandim were all helful to me w abscess of gums completely healed in 2mos.torm from shrimp buried in my gums gone.without incisions or operation..and i share it too to my friend and family .since i got healed ..and even stroke got possitive good effect.
So we are able to decellularize a particular tissue or organ but we are not able to then put the patient cells inside it?
Why is jaw and skin in the ectoderm section and not the mesoderm section, if mesoderm makes skeletal system?
Why is jaw and skin in the ectoderm section and not the mesoderm section, if mesoderm makes skeletal system?
The main argument against this therapy seems to rely on the American FDA being a competent, unbiased organization which isn't the case.
Researching stemcell treatments feels like that meme of ''the FBI agent getting ready to execute me (i inveted a car that runs on water and doesnt pollute) Like its clearly fucking magic levels of good but somehow theres a dedicated movement trying to bring it down
I read somewhere that it can help with the autism as well.
Please how can i get this stemcell i want to use it to treat Glaucoma and terrible arthritis of someone on wheel chair please i need help kindly respond. Thanks Veronica from Nigeria
If the FDA, are trying to stop it then it must good, they only block things that save lives, look what happened with treating the outbreak.
I have seen an old man have stem cells taken from his noes and ears they grew in a lab, then injected them into his heart, they fully repaired his heart, his hair colour came back and felt better then when he was 25yrs old.
Stem cell therapy is legal in the US, but expanding stem cells is not, which is why it's so expensive to get stem cell therapy here. Umbilical cord derived stem cell therapy is a growing field in the US since it's the youngest stem cells you can use without the same cancer risks, government restrictions, and ethical issues of embryonic stem cells.
Stemcell therapy is not a scam. I have clients with great testimony about their recovery.
Is their any chance to recover from severe heart valve problems through stem cell therapy. Pls Kindly reply
the lack of views on this video is criminal 😭 ur doing amazing work !
Thank you! Hope we got more views!
thank you so much for all the useful information

I was diagnosed with heart failure with ejection fraction @ 15 to 20%. Although medications helped to manage the symptoms, the US health care system recommended hospice. After researching options, I learned MSC stem cells were my only hope. I made arrangements for stem cell treatments in Mexico. I've been home for 6 weeks. A recent echocardiogram indicated all inflammation was gone, heart functions are normal and ejection fraction @ 60%, a healthy heart. I am optimistic about additional improvements during the next several months.
Wow… I’m happy it is working for you, my son has myocarditis do you think it would work for him?
i have done several stem cell procedures for a variety of joint problems, hip, lower back, cervical spine and also have used autologous cells, umbilical chord cells, placental cells and cells extracted from my own bone marrow. they all worked. it is unfortunate that you are spreading mis information and fear regarding this treatment for pain. as long as there are no existing cancers in your body this is a safe and effective treatment.
What do you mean no existing cancers?
From your understanding, are the mechanical properties of bone tissue already well understood, or are there improvements to be made in the computational modelling at finer scales?
Very Very very Expensive.... Just buy an Aquacure AC50... $2800 USD and does a way better job and is 100% PERMANANT and fixes all your bodies STEM CELLS...not just the ones you pay for to get fixed??? NO BRAINER RIGHT????????? DAAAAH...
All doctors are criminals
TOTAL SCAM
Who is the woman at 16 minutes in that states you can send in Stem Cells from the Clinic for testing? What company does she work for?
What a terrible, annoying sounds of keyboard being pressed you put on the video. That could be a very good, useful video. Don't use these awful sounds, please. 😮😮👍
I say boycott medical mafia genocide Rx, warn others; good news Natural healing is superior!
I encourage everyone to join the "Reboot your Health Challenge in 90 Days". It launches soon. Be on the look out. Uses new concept of holistic thinking, wellness stem cell tech and supported guidance. Anyone wanting to go for stem cells, lookout for this - You will be glad you did.
Who trust the FDA😂 they let corporations put poison in our food, they are a joke 😂
BLESS you all.
MRNA technology completely experimental.
Great video! It would also be interesting to include the growth of scaffolds from a hydrophobic biomaterial, for instance growing an ECM on PDMS for skin graft scaffolds
I have heard that carnosine, D3 and blueberries can stimulate bone marrow production of stem cells.
Your videos are really great. How do I connect with you to discuss regenerative medicine?
Stem cell treatment is a old Indian Ancient knowledge. Check video from Praveen Mohan archeologe
I opted for Stem cells in Mexico instead of a hip replacement and it worked for me. 😊
We're did you go please
Can you please tell me where in Mexico . I need knee replacement and i want to try getting stem therapy instead . Please help me . Hilda prado
@@hildaprado68 I have been to DBC in Puerto Vallarta for elbow , lower back and IVs . They do a lot of knees.
11:43 About the cancer.
This video was amazing for helping me with my undergrad research. Thank you so much for making it :)
Glad it was helpful!
Wow... very detailed yet easy for the everyday guy to follow.
I appreciate that!
The medical system does not want people to heal!!!!
This sounds like a big pharma video trying to dismiss stem cell therapy. I'm not sayin it is but who else would take the trouble with this much detail to present you with such a biased narrative? If you want to know the truth look for people who have actually had this treatment and listen to them.
Stem cells And Christopher technology. Really sounds like what they were doing. In genesis 64 or mingling the seed kind of creating Nephilim
What i have unterstand is that the tumor cases where all caused by fetal stem cells, which are cells from other people, with some difference in there DNA and therfore have some other properties.
Im sure there is a genetic modification done. Not sure why its not mentioned in the video.
Really appreciate you putting reference link. Helps me with my research
Thank you for comment and good luck with your research.
There is a web page on the University of Washington's Institute for Stem Cell & Regenerative Medicine that discusses the problems with various stem cell procedures. While they can't recommend anything, they can and do tell what DOESN'T work. Hence, before you go to Mexico, make sure their therapy is NOT one that doesn't work.
So we should wait till the same government that used humans as Guinea pigs the last 4 years to approve it?
Name of bone remodeling hormone
Has anyone done it for L4-L-5 for degenerative disk disease? If so , where? Cost ? And what was the outcome?
I'd like to know as well
Look at Dream Body Clinic’s YT videos. They do an intrathecal injection of mesenchymal stem cells. I want to go there to get that done, injections in the knees and intravenous stem cells.
