    How to get good coping mechanism? Nice video btw ,pls reply , i do activities everyday (useless, like using social media for hours )and regret it later, everyday .pls tell me what should i do

      Hey, thank you for your comment. Good coping mechanisms are built in a strong family when we grow up. However, changing this conditioning is somewhat hard and time-consuming. More importantly, finding those problems are more important, and a Good therapist would be a huge help in this situation.

    So if I understand correctly these addictive behaviors come rather from an emotional problem so stress, fatigue etc. ... So in the end the solution would be to do activities like socializing, sports, meditations etc... To counter this kind of behavior and even procrastination is it right?
    If you know a way to stop procrastinating I'm interested.

      This is a good point, but actually, it's not entirely correct. Sometimes, we can see addictive behavior in a healthy activity like sports too, until it becomes unhealthy. However, you should pay attention to your behavior if you are doing it because of stress or anxiety. This stress and anxiety may come from an underlying problem that needs to be solved.
