@@modXELA With the 10-amp fuse, it will require at least an 18AWG wire. I looked what is available: a wire harness with an in-line fuse comes with a 16AWG wire and so are the other parts to use with this build.

Make sure to buy hub centric spacers. Anyway, I checked forums and couldn't find any discussions on using extended studs with 1" spacers unfortunately. There's a chance that the spacers will already come with extended lugs so check the vendor first. On this note, I also sent a query to Bora and KSP for their input. Will share once I hear back.

It's pretty strong stuff but I can't say for sure if it will get rid of it totally. Maybe you can apply it a couple of times and see if that works but generally, it does a good job.

Hi aspiringpro! That's correct. The lightbar as advertised says 24" but in reality, it's shorter than that. Best way to put it is that it's like buying 2"x4"x8' lumber, it's actually 1.5″x3.5″x8'. I hope this helps.

Hey there... unfortunately, this is not specified on either the product website or on the actual product packaging. My best guess based on the lumens (3600), it will be between 12-15 watts per LED strip. This comes in 3 strips but I decided to only install 2 strips. I hope this helps my friend and thanks for supporting my channel.

Hi travblurr8043, I'm sure you did plenty of searching but I don't think it exists. I wanted to avoid all the cutting as well but I couldn't find one that looks similar to the BA or DV8 etc. However, if you Google "Toyota bumper guard" you'll see some that don't require cutting but they don't look anywhere close to this look. @@modXELA you're welcome, I was thinking about deleting the switch and locate the relay under the rear seat so my power from the bat will be as short as possible. My bed is lined with line-x so I'm guessing I'll have to mount it with hangers as I doubt the tape will stick long term, and we've been in the triple digits and I'm sure the adhesive isn't going to do too well by the end of summer.

no issues with it since the initial install. Been offroading and camping many times and it hasn't moved even a bit. As long as you have lock washers and nuts tightened correctly, I don't see any reasons why it wouldn't hold.

Yeah, those brackets that came from Nilight are meant for external mounting. It won't work well with the Hiline wings application.

Hey ShogoKurihara, at the time of this installation, I still had the factory 265/70R16 tires and with the 1.5" spacer, it was rubbing a little bit so I just took out the front mud guards. I am now running 285/75r17 with 1.25" spacers.

Hey Mike... total weight of the whole assembly is 160 lbs. Winch with synthetic rope is 46 lbs, LED light bar is about 3-4 lbs, so 110lbs for the bumper guard with the D-shackles. I recently installed the TC-19339w Wings and that's an additional 32lbs.

@@Mike-cu6gk you’re welcome. If you are considering to install it, I would highly recommend that you install everything including the LED light bar the winch and the highline wing right off the bat. It’s a pain to do it piecemeal.
