It's pretty strong stuff but I can't say for sure if it will get rid of it totally. Maybe you can apply it a couple of times and see if that works but generally, it does a good job.
I am wondering why you wouldn’t remove the plastic cover and clean under there also ? Could water get into the engine somehow if you do ? Thanks for your videos!

Did you add water to mix with P21S Total Auto Wash? Or is the stock liquid sprayed directly in the engine room?thank you sir.
Hey XT8797... I did not add or mix water to it, I sprayed the P21s directly and then rinsed it off with water after.
Just don't forget to remove the top engine cover and spray there to!
