You missed a game. Don't worry, though. It's only the best one in the series. It's called Raiden Fighters: Jet 2000. It improves upon literally EVERYTHING Raiden Fighters: Jet has to offer. Enjoy.

Why do the new protagonists in kof xv look so stupid 😂. Also Kof xi is a classic (fuk magaki), love it's great roster.

Can't argue with the top 2, but Guns 'n Roses is better than the rest of this list. And personally, I would've included Time Machine and Bullwinkle over tables like Hook and Robocop.

What simulator is used in this video?

I can see why you'd put Double X on the first spot. But there's one reason that brings it down for me: There's only the free play mode (atleast I couldn't find a way to enable the more traditional credit system), which tbh kinda sucks. What's the point if the game doesn't slap me in the face and tell me to start over once i've died more than I thought possible? There's no stakes when a text saying "credit(s) 2" isn't haunting in the corner for the entire run! I can ofcource restrict myself with my own rules, like not pushing continue after a certain amount of deaths. It works, but it feels off when I'm the one willingly going to the game over screen and not the game just putting me there by force. For that reason and because I like crabs, Metal Slug 3 is my favorite of the franchise. XX is still awesome though!

First off, enjoy your vids quite a bit, exactly the genres and systems i like seems to be covered a lot with humor and fast/good editing so whats not to love? Tried out Viper phase one yesterday and i guess i went in with 'Raiden in space' but hmmm the gameplay does deviate a bit mostly based on the weapon types (which you did mention) i am curious though what the link is? This the first time i heard it mentioned as Raiden spin off? Do agree it looks very nice indeed and will def play it more.

You're lucky you got the Fighters collection on the 360 in the US, wish it had come to UK/Europe. Love Viper Phase 1 though, agree with your placement. Would be fantastic if M2 produced a port of VP1 and the Raiden Fighters games for modern consoles!

Cool video 🙂I've recently been dipping my toes into the shmup genre on my Saturn and def prefer vertical ones - temped to try that collection on 360, I didnt know that existed but have heard from a variety of places the 360 is an unexpecting treasure trove of shmup games
