Good video. Thanks for sharing. What pull weight did you end up with

Thank you forshowing your😮 the first for me
❤
Ive the mag cyclender love it
I like mine to cheep but nice😊 my grips same its painted i live mine fun pkanking. Love it😊
My problem is, mine doesn't unlock and I have to keep playing around with it for a while before it unlocks. Any advice???
Train like you would fight. If you get in the habit of immediately retrieving your spent shells during practice, you might carry that bad habit over in a home defense situation. Speed is important. Same thing when using a semi-auto pistol... drop the empty magazine on the ground, insert a fresh mag, and reengage the threat. Don't waste time trying to put the empty mag in a pocket, pouch, etc. You can pick up your $hit later. My 16 gauge H&R with a 19 inch barrel isn't my first choice for home defense, however, I wouldn't feel totally vulnerable. I think Joey Biden would doubly approve. If he recommends a double barrel shotgun then a single barrel should be twice as good in his mind LOL.
I have a “hybrid” situation that I haven’t seen addressed. I do mountain hiking in Georgia. I’m a Senior and usually hike alone. Some of these day hikes are 10 miles or so and are pretty remote. I’m not hunting but sometimes I’m concerned that someone or something might be hunting me. I’ve been trying to figure out whether I should load a magazine with two types of ammo to cover different types of attackers. In this regard, should I mix hard cast and hollow points to cover my bases, or is there one ammo that would cover 2 legged and 4 legged self-defense situations? Echelon Compact 9mm.
Dude... I bet u could do a bad ass christopher Walken impression 😮😂😂😂 Great gun. Got 1 yesterday
Am worried about reliability since the 22 is rimfire. Should I be? I know don't use cheap ammo.
Thank u so much for sharing. I just bought a sig Sauer p365 XL & I love it.
'Poistol'???
At one time I thought functional, but one test showed very little penetration. So now I think it wouldn’t be effective on deer very far.
May be good an emergency but I would always keep slugs that's gotta be a lot better !
The Mexican 22 ammo Is pretty good ... But I'm not sure if it's as good Federal punch 22 I would like to see you Do a compare comparison Between them ???
Hi, I have a pellet pistol / pellet rifle. I actually went to the gun store today and he put a horseshoe Red Dot on my gun but not the larger sized Red Dot that looks like a small scope. What's the difference and which one do you recommend? My airgun is called the Artemis / snowpeak pp750. You can Google it to see some pictures. Excellent explanation. I watched some other videos and I didn't know what the hell they were talking about. Thanks.
Go with whichever is the most clearly visible and offers the most unobstructed view of your target area.
I hate the city too. Lets be friends
Best choice is ti bring a friend, who carries a 12 gauge.
Thanks! This was great!!!
I just purchased this gun and thought it was defective, watched several other videos before I watched yours but none of them were even close to explaining and showing how it's done. Fantastic job! Thank you.
People claim stingers are the best for self defense but i just dont see it i think you'd want a 40 grain round idk if stingers would cut it when it comes to penetration and i do belive stingers are a great round
Agreed.
I have several 9mm . I keep a 10mm for EDC with a Springfield 911 for back up . We have black bear around our area and in my yard at times . Outside at night I carry my titanium Taurus.44 with a 2.5 inch barrel . Easy to pocket in jeans or my bath robe .
Use an old pool stick.
The Remington R51 is a surprising and rather dubious choice of carry 👀 If you look at the data, R51 is one of the biggest failures in modern history. Absolutely horrendous failure rate.
Excellent review.
2 years later. I know how to release the bolt but its still annoying asf.
Thanks great review you answered my questions.
I did that on my takedown But my bolt will still won't unlock
Maximizing your potential would be a revolver with .22 Magnum. Or by a magnum capable .22 long rifle.
My 22 mag revolver gets the same velocity and energy as my standard 10/22, and it shoots slower.
U got a pistol that shoots straight.. I bought 3 hoping to find a straight shooter. No luck. Sold them immediately. Shooting 7" off is not Marine Corps standard
Mine broke after about 60 rounds. The extractor fell off, losing the set screw. Oh well, $99
That really stinks.
CCI STINGERS,,CCI VALOITIRS,ABD MINI MAGS,BUT THE NEW CCI COPPER 1950 PER 2ND
I just got one it is my EDC
I sure like mine
No! Mine won't release
The buffal bore 40 and 10mm are way above these 9 mm rounds. I can hand load a 40, while staying within max pressure, and get into the 700 lbs/ft an area the 9 mm can never come close to. I know, I have tried.
I'm fine with the 9mm for woods carry, but a Remington R51? Jesus, that's the worst craptastic jam-o-matic ever made! I can think of 50 to 75 other 9mm models I would trust my life with other than the R51. Worst gun I ever owned!
Mine works.
I know a black bear is terrifying but i really don’t wont to deal with a wild hog!
i thought i was having gun problems, thanks for showing us how it’s done
Thanks so much, instant fix :)
Agree 100% woth everything. Would I feel safe with a single shot by my bed side? Yes! Would I feel much safer with a pump action shotgun by my bedside? Yes!
TLDR yes, they are great for defense. Keep a spare shell in hand and some on the buttstock if you want to use it for defense
I understand I took am way late to the convo. But if you have a 4 inch barrel, standard velocity WILL expand. And be subsonic. Paul Harrell meat target.
Good to know.
Very helpful with all the detail explanations. Thank you.
How do you change the battery?
Tiny Phillips head screws on one side. No problem. 3N battery
@captainamerica3531 thank you
Just set up a 75th anniversary rifle with a Kidd trigger group, a ozark mountain leather strap and a hawke 2x7x32 AO rimfire scope. Shoots a constant .350 at 25 yards and just under .700 at 50 yards with CCI standard velocity.haven tested it with any other ammo types yet, but I’m sure some wolf extra or some ely match will tighten that up some. Great review, thanks for sharing.
Bachelor party at a gun store, I wanna do that now!!!!
Complete with skeet range too!
There's a very simple mod to that bolt hold open that will allow the bolt to go forward and chamber a round when you pull the bolt to the rear and let go
It is illegal in Illinois now classed as a assault weapon reserved for military use .
