What I Actually Used In My Hospital Bag 2023
It’s my 4rt day of injection today after 5 days they will collect my egg retrieval my amh is 0.3 , my first ivf wish me luck 🥺 I will update if anyone interested
your dog loves you so much, he is so sad seeing you cry 😢
I think the bottom line is that if your embryo itself is of good quality and you don’t have major physiological issues, transfer should work. But, if the embryo’s genetic makeup is poor, nature itself will tend to prevent it from being accepted by the body.
Do you use hemp seeds or hemp hearts? Not sure what the difference is but I want to try that recipe!
I’ve had 2 losses and finally am pregnant and it’s sticking and I’m 32 weeks but i had that hsg done and it was more u comfortable than painful, it’s just a quick stick of a feeling and why they do it it’s not so painful, i wouldn’t drive yourself tho, i felt so nauseous after it!! I layed down while my husband drove me home😂😂hey anything to figure out our bodies tho!!! Good luck and don’t worry it’s not terrible at all, just uncomfortable really. ❤ i went through the second loss and it just made me wanna keep going because i felt like all this just to be at rock bottom?! Gods not gonna just leave me at this place?! Plus there is no where left to go when at rock bottom so i just kept thinking it has to work out eventually!!! If that makes since, but i can totally relate, just keep going until your heart tell ya to give up, mine never told me that, i feel if it’s heavy n your heart and it’s dream your dream, why give up? Unless you have too. Keep going ❤
I had a miscarriage with my first embryo transfer and I feel the same way about a second transfer just feel scared, I don’t even feel happy just because I don’t know how I will get passed it if it fails again ❤️🩹
Thank you for this !!!!
This happened to me with my last transfer. I had a miscarriage and I bled for months after and did a hysteroscopy and they ended up finding a piece of the pregnancy and a polyp. Fast forward exactly 3 months later and I am naturally pregnant with my second baby 👏🏻 I’ve had hysteroscopies awake and asleep and I recommend being put to sleep only because my anxiety goes through the roof and they even stopped the procedure because I felt overwhelmed. Prayers that everything works out 🙏🏻🙏🏻
HUGE CONGRATULATIONS mama!!!!! And thank you so much for sharing! This is so encouraging to hear. Really hoping for a similar outcome. Thank you for your prayers, and also praying for a healthy pregnancy and baby for you! 🙏💗
I’ve had 3 HSG over my 15 yr infertility journey. Absolutely zero pain. For my first one I had strange endo like pain after and drs dismissed me :( years later shows I had blocked tube. The other two never had any issues. But another friend of mine, her one and only HSG she said was so painful but she had scarring and something going on with her canal so a lot of that can determine that but 99% of the time I say it’s absolutely painless. it’s just like a sailing ultrasound in my opinion And I’ve had. Dozens of those
Sooo good to know!! Thank you so much for sharing! This is encouraging for me to hear. I’ve heard similar experiences so I’m hopeful mine will be smooth too🙏 still nervous tho lol
I had hysteroscopy one month before the embryo transfer because of uterine polyps found on Saline sonogram. I had it right before my period because I didn't want to delay the embryo transfer which was my mistake. Cramping was real and naproxen was my best friend. Hope everything goes well from this point and forward!
Thank you so much for sharing and good to know!! My clinic has instructed me to take 800 mg of ibuprofen 1 hour beforehand. I’m definitely nervous about the cramping. And thank you so much for the encouragement!
I remember after my missed miscarriage saying, “I cannot ever do this again.” So I can totally relate to where you’re at mentally right now, and agree that it’s best to take some extra time and prepare before the next transfer. The last thing you would want is to be thinking that you didn’t do everything you could’ve done to give that next embryo the best chance!
Thank you so much for sharing some of your journey, and thank you for validating my feelings. Really helps to know others have traveled this path. Even though I would love to transfer sooner, I’m so impatient lol, I know I’m doing the right thing for me by waiting ❤️
Did you do another transfer afterwards?
Hey Brittney. I am praying for you 🙏🏾 I also experienced a missed miscarriage after my first transfer. I had a hysteroscopy and SIS after and they discovered some tissue and I had surgery to remove it. Good news is my 2nd transfer did work and I’m now 14 weeks pregnant. So there is hope ❤️🙏🏾. I also see a therapist that specializes in fertility and she has been so helpful.
So happy for you!!!!! Hope your pregnancy goes smoothly and your labour and delivery too!
@ thx! 🙏🏾 🥹
Hi and HUGE CONGRATULATIONS mama!!!!🎉 Thank you so much for sharing; and thank you so much for your prayers. Truly means a lot! I’m suspecting I have some tissue as well. Praying for a healthy pregnancy and baby! 🙏💗

Using ice instead of heat before intramuscular injections is diabolical. 😩
Thank you. This video really assured me and give me much hope
I know this is older, but what do you consider high protein? I didn’t know pumpkin seeds or powdered pb would be considered that. Truly just curious. Also do you think women need a bare minimum of 46g of protein to not have muscles reduce? I try to get more than that because I’m trying to grow my glutes and keep my arm muscles toned. I love braggs liquid aminos w toasted sesame seeds on veggies or in rice, so good! Thanks so much. ❤
Make sure you’re having too much Brazil nuts ? The selenium amount in just one is pretty high
How long after ur transfer did u start working out?
So so very sorry ✨️💛
Found your video while looking for shoot info. Hey, I've been doing TRT shots twice a week for about 7 months now. I've always been shooting in the quads ( 25g 1in needle )with no problems, but if I'm going to be doing this for the rest of my life ( I'm 53 ) I want to give that area a break for a month or so every once in a while. I want to give glutes a try but I'm nervous about the location. I'm pretty lean with little fat. But I keep hearing about making sure not to hit the sciatic nerve so 🤷♀. Is it a real chance of hitting that nerve or am I just over thinking it? By the way Thanks for the video, It helps everyone new to self shots.
Hi where is the video about the foods that you ate?
thanks for sharing! After hearing your lab results I wonder if you might want yo read the book "No period now what" Even if not everything in it applies to you, I had similar labs and found some of the information helpful in improving them. ❤
Ice hurts more since PIO is oil base. When it crystalize it hurts. I heat it so oil goes in easy than lidocaine
Hello, I wanted to say that I am extremely happy that your were able to give birth to a healthy baby. I watched your excellent video on Progesterone IM shots because I have to administer the shots to my wife and she can't do it herself. I want to make the process as simple and pain free as possible. In the video you were about to announce the next day if you were succesful with your procedure. It looks like everything has worked, maybe not always smoothly, but thanks for taking your time to leave these videos. God bless your family
Great review. You can do so much with this Collegen.
Love the chocolate in coffee.
Hi Brittany it sounds like you have hypothalamic amenorrhea!
I am so sorry.
I highly recommend reading "it starts with the egg" book, a practical and evidence-backed approach for improving egg quality and fertility. All the best
Thank you, Elizabeth for the video. Best wishes, stay positive, you are helping others a lot by sharing. Thank you!!
Thank you so very much!❤️❤️
Thank you for today’s video! I am in the TWW for my second transfer too and definitely help to hear similar stories, and health tips. I also love sharing my IVF Diary on YT too, connecting with other women feels less lonely, right?🌷 Brittany, would be possible to send you a copy of my book? I have just published it and it is about Limiting Beliefs and Fertility…as you have mentioned the mental healing as a next step, I would love to be part of it. Thank you!❤
Hi! And I hope the TWW is not too difficult so far!🙏 I’ll look you up on YT❤️ that sounds wonderful! I’d love a copy of your book, and to connect with you💗
Thank you for sharing Brittany! I am looking forward to you sharing your journey! Wishing you much success! We’re rooting for you! 💕✨
Aww you are the sweetest!!🥰 Thank you so very much!💗💗
Thank you for these videos. I’m in reflexology atm ahead of second IVF round. (Only 1follicle on 1st round) Haven’t been able to get healthy since a missed MC in May. You’re so positive, I hope I can be the same too.❤
I’m so so sorry for your loss, and I hope you’ve been able to find some peace and comfort as you’re moving forward. Praying you get at least a couple embryos second round🙏💗 Sending lots of positivity and baby dust your way! I’m trying to stay positive; one day at a time
That’s really valuable information for me right now, thank you very much!
I’m so glad it helped!❤️
I am 6th day post blastocyst transfered. First 3 days i had backpain only. 4 5 days backpain and mild headache in morning On 6th no symptoms feel like i m not pregnant. No cramp no pain nothing. I checked my cervix position by finger. Its low and hard. I am exhausted what happening Pls help
Hang in there! Praying for a positive test for you!🙏💗
My sister in law got 2 pregnancy so easily at just 1 go. The babies now is 2 years old and 5 years old now. Both times also 1st succees rate. This clinic is very good with 1st time success rate. That is why she went there for ivf. Only thing that ivf baby is so light in weight even after 4 years old. As light as 'paper', never before carrying such light weight baby. Also both children so easily get sick and every month have to refer to doctor and long-term medication needed since about 2 years ago. Flu and fever as if never leave them. 🤧 very rare case indeed. Not sure is it due to IVF or not.
Huge congratulations on both babies!!!🎉🎉 And to my knowledge, IVF does not cause illness in children
I transferred about a month before you, it was our first FET. We miscarried at 6 weeks and I finally am able to grieve now. It took me forever to get my HCG back to zero though. 3 months later I’m finally back to zero! We are choosing to take from now until January to get healthier, grieve, and focus on ourselves. Sending love and prayers your way. ❤️
I’m so so sorry. I’m so sorry you had to experience this too. Sending lots of healing, love, and prayers back your way too. Its all incredibly difficult
I have transferred my hatching baby 5 days ago and my first symptom was mild constant headache 🙏🏻 I am also providing updates on TH-cam bcs I think videos like those are so important. Thank you for sharing your story, I see you, I feel you and I am sending tons of love, dear! I love following you on Instagram too❤
How exciting!! Praying your little one sticks!!🙏 Thank you for the love and sending love right back to you my friend💗💗
I had 2 day embryo transfer today 4 hours ago..praying for good result
Hi Brittany! I’m extremely sorry for your loss! It’s so hard even to think about it.. hope God gives you all the strength and comfort through this. I’m planning my first IVF December through donor egg , however we are blessed with a 6 year old and planning our second which was too late ! This probably is my last chance and I’m hoping all goes well.
Thank you so much for your prayers❤️❤️ Sending strength, positive vibes and baby dust as you prepare for your transfer!🙏💗
Ice is not good because it will make the oil thicker
Correct!
Am So so sorry my dear am actually crying with you😢 I admire the way your dog comfort you.
Thank you❤️
Just want to let you know that you’re loved all over the world. I’m sending you loads of hugs and positivity from Nigeria. 🫂🫂
Hi!!! Thank you so so much❤️❤️
I am 46 years old. i did 9 times IVF cycle .. every time after the genetic test, they say something wrong with the chromosomes issue ... So, my 10th time now, i decided not to go through the genetic test. So the transfering was 2 weeks back Tomorrow, my first blood test is to know if i am pregnant or not 🙏 pray for me, girls
Do you have results for us? Praying for strength for you❤️❤️
@@brittany_elizabeth_rn unfortunately negative 💔
Great video the ivf is stressful very helpful.
I’m so glad you liked it and I hope it helps!❤️
Prayer works! Have faith. Sending hugs and best wishes🙏
Yes it does!🙏 and thank you so very much❤️
10:10 wowwww girl I am impressed 👏🏻
Haha thank you!❤️❤️
I worked with a nitritionist for 2 years to balance my hormones and reduce inflammation. Over 80% of the food you claim is healthy is actually not, and everything you got is store bought. I was hoping to see more fresh food that you put together. This is disappointing considering the title and also how you are an RN. But I see that does not give you credibility here.
So sorry this wasn’t what you were looking for
Hey there girl I am so sorry for your loss. I am going through this with you at the same time. I just lost my baby boy at 21 weeks and six days September 4 this year due to incompetent cervix. I am trying my best to keep my head up. I enjoy watching your post. I watch them all through my egg retrieval on what you did so I could try and do it too. well, have a good day.
I’m so incredibly sorry for your loss; I can’t imagine the pain you’re going through. Thank you so much for sharing and I pray you find peace and comfort as you grieve and start to heal 🙏💗
I am so, so sorry for your loss at nearly 22 weeks. That is so hard. Hugs.
