Hi Brittany! All the Best! for your 2nd FET 👍🎉 and hope everything will be fine for you for rest of your journey❤. I am going to have my first frozen embryo transfer on next friday and I will start my PIO today and will keep all your tips in my mind. I am watching your videos from a while and this actually helps me in preparing myself for my FET joyrney. Hope everything will go fine for me also in my upcoming journey. Once again All the best! for your upcoming journey🎉

Congratulations on your 2nd FET! I can relate to the sentiment of wanting to give your first a sibling. My 2nd transfer is on Thursday - trying not to stress. My protocol included Lupron for suppression, estrogen pills and patches, baby aspirin and now onto the PIO shots. From what I’ve heard, the combined progesterone methods are more effective at supporting a pregnancy compared to using each individually. Hope you’re getting rest and baby dust to you.
@@Melissa-bw2kg I’m so excited for your transfer day coming!! Sending lots of baby dust and positive vibes your way!🙏💕💕 And thank you for sharing your protocol; so interesting! I’ve heard of Lupron but didn’t really know what it was for. And thank you so very much!!❤️🙏
Best wishes Brittany! I had my first ever transfer 4 days before yours 😊 I did a modified natural protocol so no PIO shots. Sorry you’re having to do those again. And I’m sorry for your anxiety. I really hope your therapy helps! Praying for you and I hope you have a successful transfer! 💕🩷
Oh man Brittany!! Those shots! I think that's what I would fear the most...and the fact you have to give them to yourself! You have a super power Mama! I keep thinking about all the challenging parts of this process the first time through before having a little one and wondering how would I manage another time, giving my mind and body the same type of rest, while now having a whole human to care for. Being able to give 100% of myself to both my little one and a transfer/early pregnancy. There were definitely many times during the transfer and pregnancy where I didn't know if I could do this process again. I think we do the best we can and if it doesn't work out, we are on the other side already. We have our miracle baby and if we're meant to have more to love, we will. Such heavy heavy stuff! My protocol was the same as yours last time, so I too, don't know what it would be like to be any different. It's definitely a harder course. I sure hope you find time for acupuncture throughout your process. I felt such support and comfort from acupuncture! So so happy I implemented it. Good question about the two forms of Progesterone. I think I asked that of my doc at one point and forget the explanation now but like so much of this journey, you just trust the process. I most certainly had white coat syndrome as well. My blood pressure at home from 26 wks on were always good, but at the doc they were not lol. We had to have baby at 37 wks because of it. They diagnosed me with Pre-eclampsia with zero complications. I never had any other symptoms...no lightheadedness, no vision issues, no headaches, etc. How about you? You've been about a year ahead of me in this journey, so if and when we do more FETs, your journey will be a guiding light! You're such an amazing person and I love hearing how fulfilled you are as a Mama! You're a warrior, Brittany! Be patient and gentle to yourself and stay strong! Easier said than done, right?! Take care! ~Brittney
What a wonderful surprise to find you wrote me again!!!😍😍 you’re just the sweetest human thank you thank you my friend!!❤️❤️ Yeah white coat syndrome is the absolute worst!!!! My mind, I’m learning to control it through somatic therapy, but it’s been extremely difficult! When I was diagnosed with preeclampsia, same situation at you. No complications, just high BP leading to the decision to induce me at 37 weeks as well. I didn’t have any symptoms either. I remember when I got hospitalized, I told my OB I’m just so nervous and I think that’s why it’s so high. Of course, they didn’t buy it. I’m so scared of this happening again… I just have to go along with everything as one day at a time and we’ll just see what happens next🙏 Thank you again for your sweet words; I just can’t thank you enough girl! I hope life is getting a bit easier with baby. It’s a massive adjustment; so you also take it easy on yourself as well! And yes, if you decide doing this again is way too much, you still have your miracle baby🫶 Going through this again has been so much harder on me! So you will know if you can do it again or not. Bye for now and we’ll talk soon!!💗💗

Best wish!! My husband and I are just starting on ivf. Did your doctor recommend the acupuncture or is that something you decide to do on your own? I’m thinking about finding someone close for acupuncture but my doctor hasn’t brought it up. Great information!
I decided to do it on my own. Highly recommend! I used to do it every other week, but my acupuncturist moved so trying to find a new one. My fertility clinic provides one for transfer day🥰 And thank you!!🙏
I'm basically following the same proto as you. I have done birth control previously just to time out transfer. I'm getting ready for 2nd in November (1st transfer was successful born 1/15/24 🩵) undecided if I'll do birth control again to time out more specifically if needed. I had a natural FET cycle, couldn't do a fresh transfer because I had ovarian hyperstimulation. I only had to do the intravaginal progesterone cream which I kept using until about week 9 or 10 of pregnancy. On a natural cycle I had a lot of monitoring to see when I ovulated and when uterine lining was right so was having blood tests and ultrasounds every 2 days. Feel very fortunate that my first transfer worked and I now have a 9 month old baby girl 😊
