My Postpartum Recovery Things No One Tells You!

This is an update video on my postpartum recovery, and things no one tells you. My last postpartum video was how I've been dealing with my postpartum anxiety, so this video I wanted to talk about how I've been physically healing. My postpartum recovery was pretty straight forward, until I discovered I had a prolapse; this is just one of the many things no one tell you during postpartum! There are have been so many things during my postpartum recovery I didn't expect, but my pelvic prolapse was the biggest one. l
I'm so excited to update you on my postpartum recovery now 14 weeks postpartum, and I always try to be transparent in telling you the things no one tells you about...or at least I wasn't warned about during postpartum. I'm also so happy to be back on TH-cam with you guys after a much needed break for our move and getting used to going back to work. I hope this video gives you some happiness and encouragement❤️ I also have some VERY exciting news to share!🥰

Yes! I had to take birth control pills to get my cycle regular before starting IVF.
