- Welcome to what I actually used in my hospital bag 2023! I'm so excited to share with you guys what I actually used and needed in the hospital while going through labor and delivery. I meant to do a video on what's in my hospital bag a few weeks ago, but I got induced unexpectedly at 37 weeks so now I get to tell you guys everything I used which I think is more helpful anyways.
There were quite a few things I used all the time out of my hospital bag and a few things I thought I needed and didn't use or need. So I hope you find this video helpful if you're currently packing your hospital bag.

Quick question: where did you have your delivery done? Bathtubs and birthing balls sound like a birthing center 🤔 but you said a hospital. I want the best of both worlds so I'm looking into all the options. PS I am in WA in Puget Sound area so hopefully there is somewhere similar near me too

They have FANTASTIC labor and delivery rooms, HUGE with all the things you need for labor! I had wonderful care there and highly recommend!!

Hi Brittany, huge congratulations to you both. I’m going thru ivf at the moment and I notice you mentioned acid reflux.. just wandered wot you took for it thru your pregnancy x
I didn’t take much, just tums occasionally. I mainly just stayed away from spicy foods and tried not to eat a large amounts of food close to bedtime. I had A TON of acid reflux while laboring I think from the apple juice they gave me and from having to lay on my back 😪
