Sup Everett.....great Brisket experiment brother.....Tommy from The Gallery Backyard BBQ did a Smash Burger called the Molly Burger with only seasoned with brown sugar...I tried it and the Burger was crazy good. What internal temperature did you cook your brisket to?
I think this one was 205.. lately, I'll hold overnight in the over and serve the next day so I like to finish closer to 203 or until tender. Cheers! ð
