TPC, my brother from another mother! I'm not sure why it took me so long to throw some tenderloins on the Dyna... they were a match made in heaven. You can't smoke them too long and you want to go low, so making a small fire in the Dyna for an hour was about perfect for these little guys. Highly recommended, sir. Cheers my dude! 👊🙌

Looks great and people say pork is dry!Doing 4 5lb loins tomorrow,1 with your rubs,1 hey girl hey sweet rub with killer hogs bbq rub,and 2 with the Black and Tan rub,that’s suppose to be a steak rub but it’s been killing on my pork loins and wasn’t as impressive on my steak.I have a steak rub that’s hard to beat for me.I still prefer pork over beef.🔥👍❤️🐷

Everett BBQ I’m the same with pork loin,with Meijer’s bogo this summer been buying 2 a week and bringing home 4.GFS had some big 8-9lbers in their case I bought one.I don’t Smokey them all I do cut and pound for breaded tenderloin sandwiches to freeze,but I fry them in rendered smoked wagyu oil.

(I like to do those at higher temps) I have done two different bacon wrapped meatloafs in the Masterbuilt but just haven't done one in Dyna-Glo yet.... you are right, it needs to be done! 😎 I might request some "Madwood" pointers if ya got any! 😉 Cheers bro!
