I own the p01 and it’s taller from the web of the hand to the top of the slide than the g19. It’s closer in height to my g17.

What do es the CZ75 P01 steel frame unicorn cost nowadays?

I bought one 2 years ago. First thing I did was try to load hollow points. It would not load a single round. I immediately reached out to Springfield and was told that I could either send it back, or run a bunch of practice rounds through it. I opted to run a bunch of practice rounds through it, to wear it in. It worked fine for about 150 rounds, then would not load any round I tried. Sent it back to Springfield, and was told it would be 3-6 weeks for repairs. Unacceptable!!!! My current carry weapon is a Hellcat Pro. I love it, and would prefer to get my $ back on the EMP.... I'm in week 1 of my 3-6 week wait.....🤮

Couldn't decide so I got both 💯 CZ Shadow 2 is in the the same class as the P226 x5 legion when it comes to performance.

Great review, I totally agree, I've had the Delta M since last November put 2500 rounds through it and absolutely luv this pistol, so much that I just got the Delta X Tactical put 150 through it last weekend and it shoots awesome, such a natural point of aim, gonna save up and eventually get the L also, AREX really makes some amazing pistols, well done SLOVENIA 🇸🇮

You forgot to mention, that it has a baking varnish instead of a blued finnish. So it is like a "tropical" Version as some people say.

Just bought mine less than a month ago and the slide release pin cover already broke after only 400 rounds and now I can't take the slide off. Now I have to send the damn thing into Ruger and wait to get it back. Ruger needs to step up their quality control!

Mine does jams a lot at the range with hp and also do not like the rusting issue that none of my other pistols have on the slide

I’m a big person so they aren’t too big. “If you’re a full size person you should carry a full size firearm” they are a lot more capable

I was skeptical about the shadow 2, but I looked at the shadow 2 compact. since they are going for about $2k-2500 right now so it was hard to decide, get staccato now and wait for prices to drop or…. Nope! Put one in your hand and you’ll get one while you know they are around. I can’t imagine anyone ever get rid of one unless they are in a pinch for cash. They are the most ergonomically perfect pistol I’ve ever held. Oddly enough my P226 pro cut was my favorite before I put the shadow 2 in my hands. I haven’t tested them out against one another, but as far as feel and looks, wonderful!

These grip😮 😂a joke, he's telling us that the CZ grips are not good enough. We'll know this for sales enough more! I've seen these put on Smith and Wesson pistols and we know how much longer they provide.

I never buy a new firearm model for at least six months to a year after it being released. Usually that enough time for the firearm manufacture to get the bugs out, that's unless their name is Taurus! Ruger customer service is probably the best of any firearm manufacturer?

I have the sig 226 mk 25 and shadow 2 urban grey,,,,,,shadow 2 for the wind apples and oranges duty vs range compition rotate my CC with sig 365XL sptre comp and sig 226 mk25 but just got the TS 2 orange what holsters do you have for shadow 2

The CZ looks SO much better than the Glock I'd still go with CZ even if the Glock shot better - which it doesn't, so...

It looks like the CGW P-01 has less over travel and a shorter reset. I missed the CGW reset demo in the video.

I sure hate to hear about the issues with that gun. I just bought one, have not shot it yet, and now I'm afraid it will prove defective. I should have read these comments before the purchase.

I traded my Beretta FS 9mm that I've owned for decades for a new Ruger Max 9. I've never carried the Beretta concealed even though I've always qualified to do so because of its large size. Well, the Max 9 has far exceeded my expectations and it carries concealed IWB like a charm. I've fired 1000 plus rounds thru it now and it preformed flawlessly. Honestly, I'm blown away by the performance of this concealable firearm and love it. Well done Ruger!!!

How did u get the stainless steel barrel on the cz p01?

I sent my Max 9 back to Ruger three times. Two times for a broken striker pin and broken sear on the striker. once for a take down latch door . Ruger told me it could not be repaired. Their sending me a new pistol. We ll see what happens. I had to get a new parmit because of serial number change and pay an extra 100.00 dollars. The service was ok but the pistol was not what i expected.

I’ve been carrying and competing with a P-01/SP-01 for 4 years . Just started CCWing a G19. Bulkier but it’s disposable. If it’s siezed during a defense shoot and never given back ( California) I can get another. At 11 ,000 rds the P-01 is so nice to shoot , I’ve become attached. Upgraded sights with mix and match LOK grips . The G19 has Talon grips , not as nice as G10 but it works fine. Upgrades sights, lightened the trigger pull. Good enough, ultra reliable.

It was so funny to me when he was talking about glam shots and how pretty bc I was certain he was talking about the P-01 and he picked the Glock up I laughed

I got my first one G17, home defense, the S&W 442 (no lock) for daily carry and just got the g26 with G19 sleeve for added capacity and just waiting for my P01 to clear the DOJ and man it feels better. Can't wait!
