Set my grips up the same way after many combinations. Just put Trijicon HD HR sights on and it’s my edc, just a great shooter, reliable and built to last.
How do I uncock the hammer without dry firing? I know this model doesn’t have a safety. Just bought this today and probably should have asked the guy. Normal pistols you guide the hammer down gently while squeezing the trigger.
Silver .Blizzard It may be a little confusing with the LEM trigger. When you work the slide it half cocks or partially cocks the hammer unlike more tradition da/SA that go into the fully cocked position. The partial cocked position is the intended and correct way to operate this model. The only way to fully decoked position is to pull the trigger on an empty chamber.
Just got to be constantly checking pawn shops and lgs. I was lucky to find a P30 in V1 lem for $499 at a local pawn shop. Mfg date 2013 but in great condition. Put that sucker on layaway, didnt even try to haggle a bit. But this also was before the 2020 mass gun buying pandemic.

I just bought a P30sk LEM with night sights and three 10rd mags at my local FFL for $699. After getting it home I realized it was manufactured in 2016. It is new/unused, but old stock. Hmmmm? I soon realized how scarce they are and how lucky I was to get one. No regrets. Adding 13 and 15 rd mags soon. Unless you insist on having a manual safety, the LEM is the way to go.

I have my VP-9 set up the same way except for a lefty. Hopefully the P-30 will find a place under my Xmas tree. Great video 👍.

HK's are fantastic firearms! I just wish my budget were up to par with my wants. Be safe.
