Korth Sport Revolver reassembly

So you took your Korth apart and didn't take any photos like you should have? Well I've done the same dumb thing as well. Don't worry, it is easy to get back together. Enjoy the video. One thing I should have mentioned in the video. The little upside down "V" shaped spring that presses on the hand and transfer bar. There is a little channel that it sits in while compressed. Be sure that you hav...

Smith Wesson 952-2 "Masterpiece"

Looking for a great 9mm target pistol that is reliable, not crazy expensive, and parts are available, this Smith Wesson might be a perfect fit. A work of art, this pistol was created in the Performance Center and gives all other pistols a run for their money. Ideal for midsize hands as it has a single stack magazine.

What dealer were you able to order the Toni systems accessories from ?
I dont understand why some 208 is single stage trigger and some other are 2 stage.
This is a _PSP_ not a P7. Subtle but a big difference.
No this is a P7 not a PSP. PSP sell for around 20k, big difference
@sxs2950 You never told us what the new version goes for. It can't be cheap.
I don't see how a heel mag release can be considered "updated". Why add a pic rail and not a button or paddle mag release?
I have long wondered why someone didn't license the P7 design from HK to build a modern version of. Someone must have been thinking the same thing.
Why are they so expensive? Just got a real one at that price point.
Very low demand and high cost of manufacture I'm sure. Also it seems like they are buying parts from HK.
Ooooph.. .30 Luger is not .30 Mauser. Common mistake but having an MMS almost requires knowing this as a license to own it. Cool piece, though. Not easy to find nor cheap.
Appreciate the video but a lot of your video is out of focus. Take note of how Ian McCollum does his videos. Don't hold the gun and fidget around with it. Leave the gun stationary and add an edit when you need to change the position of the gun. The auto focus is causing parts of the gun to go out of focus everytime you fidget around with the gun.
Thanks, I got a new camera that should solve that problem. Will be working on making better videos in the future.
Cool!
Good thing I subbed to you a while back after some usp & vector vids. Toni systems make tons of outstanding shotgun stuff too.
Stay tuned, I have the coolest Beretta on the planet I plan on making a video about.
@@sxs2950 Sure thing.
I prefer the mag release on the P7M13.
Very sexy pistols. Hoping they succeed and the price comes down a bit.
I've never loved a 92 but boy that's a gem.
Sal Luna just placed very well in Open division at the Georgia Sectional using a Toni System equipped 92x performance.
Does the titanium frame pistol not have a heat shield like the standard P7M8? Besides the mag release, that was the big upgrade over the original P7/PSP. How hot does the pistol get after shooting a box of ammo through it?
The titanium frame is a P7, not a P7M8 so it does not have a dust cover. It depends how quickly you shoot the box of ammo. If you are at the range blasting away, yes it will get hot. Just buy two P7's and alternate.
@@sxs2950 "Just buy two guns that cost several thousand dollars each." lol
I would name it Hans Gruber.
The originals were extremely accurate. I would be disapointed if this one were not.
2500 bucks. For a pistol. Pizz up a rope
I bought one at 700 back in 80s, Chantilly with small billboard, I miss that dearly
I had a Nickel P7-M13 and and a .40 M10 and i'm haunted to this day of why I sold them in the mid 90's Biggest Gun regret in my life
I wonder what how the quality and finish hold up against the German made ones.just because it’s it’s made in the USA don’t means it’s built well.
It is a lot more durable
The old squeeze cocker is back
No heat shield? The original got uncomfortably hot after 2 magazines.
The P7 never had a heat shiel, only the M8, M13
Love mine! The original
I'm really missing my P7s now. I'm probably of the minority, but I much prefer the flush heal release.
Do they make the P7M13? I had the fortune of shooting one back in 92. Dad was in Army and got stationed at Ft Polk. At base range a soldier had one and let me shoot it and his Mk VII 44 mag DE. Both guns were very easy and accurate pistols.
You don't even mention the caliber. Uh
9mm Para
i’ve never seen a p7 with such a terrible test target.
I have been wanting to get a HK P7 for years but I was not too crazy about spending 3 or 4K on a used gun that may or may not work properly but someone making a Brand NEW P7 here in the USA is an AWESOME News that I am going to be contacting them to get my very one P7. I hope that you post a video of your Nitrided P7 at the Range because I would to see how they shoot. Thanks for the Video and the Info on P7Pro!
I had no idea these existed. Do they all have h&k markings? Edit: at 8:45 you mention they do not have the hk markings. For $2500 that kinda of kills it. I pray hk usa will bring this gun back along with the mp7 and ump45 when they start manufacturing hk in the USA.
Love the P7
..surprised they didn't include the fiber heat shield inside the trigger guard
the P7 doesn't have it, the M8 does
I still have my first HK P7 PSP I bought in 1986 for $450
The target sights are probably for importation to the US
I bet you are exactly right, never thought of that!
@@sxs2950 interestingly enough, I can't seem to find a full size model, only this compact version, with the occasional sport model with a compensator.... As far as I understand there was no CCW in the UK (even when they had pistols), so I wonder what was the initial plan behind this gun.... Far too nice to be a police duty weapon that's for sure
Wow!! that is gorgeous!!! I love the shape of the P7 M8/13 trigger guard and the mag lever behind the trigger. Sadly living in the UK we can't get them :(
Did they solve that “getting crazy hot “ problem?
Stay tuned….
They're quite the greedy ripoff company.....$2400 and up is absurd....just buy and Archon B and have a much flatter shooting gun. So sick of greed and drama in the gun crowd
When you get some free time take a gun part to a manufacturers trade show. Talk to some of the companies and see what it costs to manufacture one part. You will be rather surprised, most companies won't want to touch a gun part, the ones that do will have to be registered with ITAR. Next you will need to have the blueprints. Since you don't have them, they will have to be reverse engineered. Once it is manufactured, the part will have to be blued or coated, plated..... Next you will have to do the same for 75 other parts then create jigs and purchase machinery to assemble the firearm. Once the firearm is sold you have to pay the ATF 10% of the sale price, yeah $240 is going to Uncle Sam (Excise Tax). Don't forget about building rent and insurance so if someone like you shoots themselves in the foot and decides to sue. Starting a firearms company is an uphill battle and there are a lot of costs that need to be covered, it is amazing that anyone is building a boutique firearm. By the way the titanium P7 sold out immediately so many buyers felt differently than you.
Would love to see the optic ready version and a full review with a good solid round count
If I get a hold of one I will do it.
That’s a very nice suit Mr Takagi. It would be a shame to ruin it.
Ach, Hans Grüber…
😱🫡
you put a $8 sticker on a $2400 pistol.
Pretty neat but probably too much money to ask for what it is…
Seiko vs Rolex, all depends on your wallet!!
I once had one in excellent condition and sold it, which I now deeply regret. I have some questions about the new model, but if it's built with the same quality from the ground up, I'd be very interested. The idea of a titanium variant is particularly appealing to me because, while the original was quite heavy, and the center of gravity was a bit off.
My P7 dates to early 1984. It’s “case” is a cardboard box. I’ve never considered it heavy, but that titanium frame interests me.
Put a beam and a stick on it
Interesting.Bore is so low on that design.
Gas delayed blowback action puts the hot where your hand is. The chromed gun is for taking with you to a Texas barbeque.
The heat issue is overblown, heck I'd even call it an urban legend. I put 300 rounds through mine at the range and it got warm, but in no way uncomforable.
I have the black P7 PSP with heel magazine release and inline 8-rnd magazine... extremely narrow with virtually no printing when CC'ed under a t-shirt (no protruding mag releases on the sides of the gun). Tritium sights. And about a dozen mags... Best gun ever.
Yep, best gun ever, nothing compares!
I went to the website, now I need to figure out how to rob a bank.
Hate the rail. I don't want a light on my pistol.
Sorry - can't agree about the light, when it's your backside on the line you want every advantage. Carried P7 m8 for few years (on duty and off) like the idea of a rail and even the idea of "rds" on slide. Only reason went to glock was Dept started to issue them and Chief said wanted more rounds in magazine and everybody on same system (well I would have bought the m13 except they were not out when bought m8 - sigh ! and later couldn't afford it). [Chief really liked it, but choked when found out it cost $660-- (80s), His carry gun had cost $310--]. 😅
Then don't get one. It's an optional upgrade when you order.
