Man those are the coolest smith autos I’ve seen aside from the 3566tsw you mentioned…jerry showed a black one made for Mexican special forces on his channel sometime back
Bought the 6” variant of the target champion. Gun is from 1997 and from first owner, owner told me that they run +/- 5000 rounds. Super happy with it, mine has the wooden grip gives it a more old school look
@@CONKAN77 hi :) mine is the 5 inch version like he shows first in the vid :) totally excited to get one .Sold my Shadow 1 for it and will not regret it :)
@@Olds350rocket hi bro i sold it a year ago because I shot a lot more with my CZ Tactical sport, it simply feels better in the hand but the Target Champion is a well made Pistol ...Maybe I'll regret selling it again :D
Almost looks like a Super Nine from Smith and Wesson trying to find a video of one, but damn this is almost close enough. The super nine i think is the last suped up models like this for the 3rd generation.
Just purchased one of these, it’s a 5” model just like your first example in the video. There are not many videos on these Target Champion 9mm. I appreciate the info you provided. Are you on Instagram? Would like to follow you there, as well, if you have a page.
S&W Performance Center, back when that meant more than coloring parts yellow and skeletonizing the slide.

I was lucky to get a 5906 ppc 5 inch 7-8 years ago. Really awesome gun.
Oh man i'm looking forward to my used SW 5906 Target Champion in 9mm , it will be delivered in the next couple weeks :)
I just purchased one as well, excited to get it. Probably will be about the same time frame as yours. Which version did you buy?

How's your experience with the Target Champion?

S&W needs to bring these back… and in 10mm
Awesome handguns you got here! Are you willing to sell one? It doesn’t matter what model. It’s just so beautiful

How did we go from this to plastic garbage pistols with terrible triggers .
Yeah. I know.

Visually looking like a Hi-Browning variant.
Not seeing that at all.
