Congratulations , this one is so difficult to find and buy, even here in France. The production was very small. All MR match ( MR22, MR32 and MR38) are single action and have this rear sight. Very accurate revolver, I like mine (MR38). Best regards. 😉
The rear sight is a non starter for me. It's excessive width and hanging off the rear above the hammer is inconvenient and obtrusive. The hammer pushoff occurs because the sear is improperly set for a hair trigger. For those with a fat wallet that can afford this revolver, more power to you!
I must agree. Most people would comment on the increased 'sight radius' because of that extended rear sight, but as a bullseye shooter myself, I have discovered that the distance of the rear sight to your eye is more important factor. Not too many people know this. Obviously, the farther the rear sight from your eye, the more precise alignment of the sights can be achieved. I would gladly trade that sight radius and put that rear sight to the 'normal' location, so the notch can be more far away. I prefer a thinner front sight, but that and the amount of light gap between the front post and rear notch are all personal preference. As far as the wide rear blade goes, I think it is appropriate for a bullseye gun that will only shoot at round black circles on paper. Obviously for any other use, that would excessively block the peripheral around what you happen to be shooting at...
I hope this comment's gonna help with TH-cam algorithms. Thank you for your amazing videos, sir.
Thanks, stay tuned, the next video will be an MR96

No not all are single action. I have a 2018 mr32 match double action. Bought new here in sweden. Best accurate revolver i ever had.
I would love to fire one of these. I have a like new Korth made in 1986 in .22LR. Shooting them side by side would be pretty neat.
I had one with 9" barrel for IHMSA shooting.
Do they still make this fine looking revolver?
nice piece
Oh,nice one.
Does this revolver have a recoil slide running on rollers like the MR73?
the mr73 is so cool. but at 3k this seems more realistic lol
Who buggered the latch screw?
I wish they would have blued it in shinny blue.
They did have a blued version, this one happens to be painted.
@@sxs2950 Oh Nice! Good to know.
Kewl.
