Sounds like you had a really busy summer! No wonder you felt like you hadn’t done much stitching, but time with family is special so I don’t blame you fir taking advantage of the school holidays to have fun exploring with them. Your finishes are beautiful and I can’t wait to see how you FFO them.

Really enjoyed the visit Elaine....and yes your fur baby is BIG for 6 months , but he is a big breed too. So sorry to hear about your chickens...maybe its Cocidia, that is kinda a silent killer. See if anybodys poop is a little off and slimy looking. It eats at the gut lining and can go from good to bad overnight. Feed store will probably have meds for.. lovely stitching and new charts....and Happy Dance 💃for the finishes, Congratulations!! Hope you have a great week and see ya next time, JoDee

I don't know anything about chickens but could they have either gotten into something the others didn't that made them sick or maybe just effected them? I used to keep chickens, and unfortunately, they do sort of just die with no rhyme or reason . Heart breaking 💔 Have a lovely stitchy week 😊

How lovely to wake up to an Elaine video today. I love your summer room…could you do a closeup photo of the lively wind chime on the wall? Two finishes…how wonderful. Family first…your August was wonderful just not stitch focussed. I am like you…I have gotten up to 15 projects now that I am a flosstuber and it feels mostly manageable but some days I sigh for not getting progress on everything. There will be a big finish in October that I am looking forward to. Take care as the days get shorter p. 🦉🧵🪡🌞

I think the floss on your little sheep looks fine. I’d stitch it in one thread and then you can always go over it a second time if needed. Bear is such a cutie! Look forward to seeing you and your neighbour in September.

Regarding the Little Sheep Virtues piece you might try stitching the sheep with one strand of the floss and if it needs a bit more coverage just do another 1/2 stitch that matches the direction of the second leg of your X.

Stitching on Fancey while watching you 😊 Bear is so gorgeous, and so big! He suits his name 😍 I think you should try doubling up on the thread for rhe sheep, see how that looks. I did all those charts, 1 a month, a couple of years ago. Loved doing them. And your finish is absolutely beautiful 😍 Happy stitching Elaine
